As I am now a family guy, my priority is my family(wife and 4 years old boy). This hotel has satisfired the whole family. All kind of pools were available and Tennis, voley ball, and soccer fields available as well. Gym and so on... fitness guys could be very happy here.
The Manager, if I am not wrong, named as Daniel is very good guy and made us few very confortable during our stay.
The room has plenty of space and could accomodate all 3 of us.
The new years evening was amazing... kind of fancy place with live music and good food and drink.

I would definitely go back there!

I would also recommend people to visit the city of Poços de Caldas! I reallly love it.

This is the second time we have been to this hotel and we will definitely be back again! Cleanliness, cordiality, respect, a totally family atmosphere not to mention the meals.... you have to be careful not to overdo it... it's so delicious!... also, food from Minas Gerais, there's nothing better!
Recreation for all age groups, water aerobics, walking, shows, lual, theater, live music. It has something for everyone.
Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved in this project that provided us with well-being and rest this week!
See you soon!

I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us.
There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower.
The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food.
The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids.
The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something.
There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell.
Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair.
The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged.
In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared,

Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.

After checking in a famous Brazilian magazine and the hotel's website my family and I decided to spend the weekend in this hotel. We were extremely disappointed soon after arriving at the hotel. The rooms are extremely old and the bathroom is a part of the attraction, at least what I got was small and I recommend bring your flip flops to face the shower. But the worst is the restaurant that has nothing to do with the video website. The restaurant looks like "bandejão" at breakfast and all meals are prepared in a manner so disorganized. Not to mention that the hotel in that occasion was full and it was a torture to be able to serve. A real mess. Lunch and dinner are also disappointing and are not representative of any local food because Minas Gerais is famous for good and comfort food. Totally tasteless and repetitive. But I also reckon that there is a positive side for this hotel when we decided to spend only one night instead of the weekend, the reception returned our money because we pay in advance to stay for the weekend and they only charged a daily.

The hotel is ok. Great for the summer, not as great in the winter, due to only 1 indoor pool, thats smells like a sauna and is way too hot & full. The pools are great, with a big slide going into one. The playground is nice, but not amazing. The food is good, but makes you feel like you´re at a cafeteria, not a restaurant. However, even though they have hours for meals, they are quite flexible with children, and made my baby boy a special puree with potatoes & carrots.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honest review and are pleased to hear that you found the hotel to be decent value for money. We understand your observations regarding the indoor pool, and we'll take this into consideration for improvements. We're glad to know that you enjoyed the outdoor pools, the slide, and the playground. It's heartening to hear that the flexibility with meals, especially accommodating a special puree for your baby, contributed positively to your experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide an even better experience in the future. Best Regards, Poços de Caldas All Inclusive Hotel Vilage Inn

This hotel is a country hotel with 3 pools 1 indoor heated pool that they claims to be two. the rooms were clean and spacious. The TV was displaying a message to legalized thei plan, which was odd. Also if you need internet in your room forget it. It doen't work. We won a amusement park ticket that is next to the hotel.

Infrastructure

Hotel with poor infrastructure. Wifi does not work in the rooms, the 4G network does not exist or sometimes the signal strength does not reach 30%. As a result, it is practically impossible to use the internet in the rooms. There is reasonable wifi at reception.

All inclusive meal
As the prices are attractive, what we observe is a not very high quality of food. Lots of quantity, but little quality.

bedrooms
Rooms are large, comfortable with hot water on tap. But the bathroom is not spacious and leaves something to be desired in terms of comfort.

The insulation of the rooms is very poor and it is possible to hear TV sounds and conversations in neighboring rooms.

Location
Distance from the city center is another negative point. Either you have to go by car or stay at the hotel and enjoy the available swimming pools.

Entertainment
There are playgrounds for children, which is good.

Maintenance
Hotel maintenance is extremely bad. Worn ramp mats, looking old.
Reception furniture in poor condition, chipped or broken, giving an appearance of abandonment or neglect.
Bathroom sink with hydraulic piping fully exposed.
Broken (dishes) or old (cutlery) restaurant utensils.
Ultimately, the lack of maintenance leaves an air of sloppiness on the part of the administration.

For all this, we do not recommend the hotel to the public.

Last year my family and I stayed at the Village Inn in Poços de Caldas. It was the second time we were going to this hotel, the first time was extremely pleasant, the then manager Yuri coordinated everything and everything worked.
The second time, we found another hotel, poorly attended (even a call girl had one), the food was inedible (for the first time I stayed at an all-inclusive where we had to go out for lunch and dinner).

We asked to change our room, as they put us in a tiny one, we offered to pay whatever was extra, but they told us that there were no vacant rooms, which we know was a lie as the place for the car keys was almost empty.

I made a review as soon as we got back, and manager Anderson contacted me, asking me to give them a second chance and saying that thanks to my review, even good employees would lose out on their bonuses. So he offered me a weekend with my family at another hotel in the chain, also in Poços de Caldas, I didn't want to accept it, but my mother convinced me. We received the letter of credit for a weekend, however every time we try to schedule it they say there is no availability, in other words, we were scammed.

I will never step foot in a single hotel from this chain again.

The stay was nice, the room had a good structure and the service was satisfactory. Food and drinks too. The outdoor pools were air-conditioned, and there was also a heated indoor pool, as well as a sauna. What left something to be desired were the leisure activities throughout the day, the schedule was very simple and some activities didn't even happen. This can create boredom for those who don't focus on eating and drinking. On the second day, the routine of alternating the indoor and outdoor pools became tedious, not necessarily bad, but repetitive.
