We bought the nights in a super promotion on the hotel's website, to stay for 3 nights. Our experience at the hotel was divided into two stages: 1) when we arrived we were directed to a room in the old wing of the hotel, the room was on the first floor, but it was only possible to climb the stairs in this wing. The room was dark, with mold on the walls, the bathroom door was folded, half broken and dirty, as well as black stains. We had a leak in the bathroom twice, after the first repair, we woke up with the bathroom flooded and then they changed our room, to the new wing, in one of the rooms they call executive. 2) This new room was brighter, the doors were not folding and there was no mold, it was much newer, it was also on the first floor but had an elevator for access. Nothing fancy, but ok. The service in general was very good, the breakfast was well served, with several options. An important point that I didn't pay attention to when booking was that the hotel doesn't have parking, and the option that was offered when we arrived (partner parking) wasn't very close and wasn't cheap. After hiring the parking lot suggested by the hotel, we found out that there was another partner option that was cheaper and a little closer... In summary: the last room we stayed in was OK, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is very well located, right in the city center with many shops and restaurants around. I loved the organization of the rooms, the breakfast and all the service. The hotel offers included recreation services and agreements with parks in the region. Some differences made the stay more special, such as the saxophonist at breakfast and the service at the restaurant and reception. Very attentive! They could just improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but otherwise, the Hotel Dann Inn provided us with a lot of comfort.

Very cozy hotel. Good location. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms (I believe it is due to the climate itself). Breakfast as expected. Tamires attendant is very polite, attentive and always concerned with the guests' well-being. Excellent professional.

Hotel of excellent location in the center of Poços de Caldas, attentive staff, but was full, had no towels in the room and only goi possdivel to take a bath at night for lack of them, broken pot lid, sheets with torn. You're urgently in need of repairing your towels and bed linen. Very good breakfast!

The Hotel has a great location, close to the central square of Poços de Caldas on a very pleasant, tree-lined street. The apartment we stayed in, although simple, was very comfortable. The highlight is the cordiality and extremely attentive service of the staff. We were very well attended to with our requests. Our compliments to the reception team, in the person of young Natan, and Mr. Peterson.

Hotel with excellent location, close to everything and therefore you can do everything on foot, and with great breakfast. The bad thing is not having parking and in the room I stayed, if you can not rest right with the noise of car traffic all night through the street that passes in front of the hotel. Missing a blecaute curtain in the room to take the clarity of street light during the night. It has a good cost benefit, but not for that it is justified to have ripped sheets in the bed. I complained, the maid went to her room, changed sheets and left everything in order. The worst hotel I've ever been to. The only good thing is the location. Dirty room, broken glass, small, unattractive. The room I stayed in was at the back, next to the kitchen, at 6 am they woke us up because they arrived to make coffee. It was awful. Never.

We spent an excellent weekend at the Hotel Dan Inn, we loved the breakfast and lunch, especially Maísa in charge of the kitchen who welcomed us very well, the receptionists and the manager, I want to congratulate the children's day program, what a delight what it was.
