Great hotel to stay, well located in the center of Poços de Caldas, the rooms are simple and comfortable. The breakfast is great, from the pool area with a hot water pool to the mezzanine with an electric fireplace, everything is very clean and organized. Attentive service from everyone at the hotel! I will stay there more often!!!!

This hotel is in a good location in Poços de Caldas close to main attractions of the city and offers services all complete meals. The value is good but the hotel needs some renewal of furniture and decoration in order to improve . The staff was pleasant and tried to do their best to help us during our stay .

Very good hotel, super attentive staff, very good breakfast, great rooms, excellent indoor and heated pool, best location, you can do everything on foot, I've stayed at this hotel more than 20 times and it's always been very good, I feel at home, I highly recommend it.

The service was good, but they sinned in cleaning the bathrooms. We only spent one night and changed hotels, as the other rooms presented were also with the bathroom with dirty box floor.
The floor type does not facilitate cleaning, but it is no excuse for a hotel to leave it in the state in which it was. Given that the rooms and their bathrooms should be properly cleaned every day, they would never accumulate so much dirt.

The guy at the front was rude. When we discussed the parking he stated that it’s free on their website but not free using any other site. The hotel also needs to give a discount or something concerning the horrible noise outside the room at 6am. They don’t inform you of this but NO SLEEP after 6am. They are building ALL around the hotel! Stay clear of this place if you want to sleep!!!!!!

Às vezes é muita informação para uma cidade de interior. O ideal é explicar ou dizer o tipo de quarto e o que você quer nele (espaço, tv na parede, armario grande, etc) Não perguntei nada disso e nos colocaram num quarto horrível perto de elevador, com a TV em cima do movel ocupando espaço, com um sinal de TV horrível (não queríamos ficar vendo TV, mas...um filme ou algo que se preste se não sairmos vale a pena) Sofri com sobe e desce deste elevador e com o barulho da rua (galera gritando de madrugada não sei onde) Enfim pretendo voltar, mas quero um quarto melhor, senão não volto mais lá não!
