Good reception, but the quality was lacking. Basic breakfast, not very helpful staff. Cramped room. Pool heated until comfortable. A single elevator causes congestion in the lobby, mainly because it is a popular place for the elderly and those on excursions.

This hotel was very nice but not as nice as it should have been for the price we paid for our room. The issues we experienced made it very clear that the hotel was old. To start, there was no parking lot for the hotel. They have an arrangement with a nearby parking lot where a valet driver will bring your car back and forth to you for an additional fee if you like, but you cannot simply park your car and enter the hotel. The second issue we experienced was that half of the lights in our room were burnt out or simply missing. It was not an issue during the day, but it was awkward at night as only portions of the room could be lit. In addition, the room we had overlooked the street and was incredibly loud all day and night and extremely bright in the morning. The hotel should invest in replacing the windows and curtains to reduce this noise and allow guests some peace and quiet. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel was very limited compared to other similar hotels we have stayed at in Brasil.
The best part about our stay and our room was the bathroom- we stayed in the suite with a jacuzzi bathtub and it was simply amazing and incredibly relaxing and romantic. In addition, the room had an even more romantic faux fireplace heater at the foot of the bed underneath a gigantic flat screen tv. They even put a tv in the bathroom!
All in all the room was nice, but for the price we paid for our stay, we would have expected better, especially with regards to the noise from the outside making its way into our room. The staff was very friendly and our stay was good, but it could have been better.

Very simple hotel but very well located, the rooms are simple, there is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan, the room is spacious and the bathroom is also simple food without much delicious variety.
