Remembering that this is my personal assessment. The pools are good and warm, the room is spacious. There is the Casino option for adults, with "royales". We had fun, there was live music, a performance by ArtCircus - there were 10 of us boys! Uncle Pato is great! Aunts Minie and Panda are adorable! But it has some caveats. We started with terrible service through the communication and reception channels, even worse when they didn't allow us to pass the hotel gate at 2:50 pm, I even missed a work meeting for this reason. We had to go up to speak to the manager who, after discussion, authorized our entry and that of other families who were waiting. Bedroom curtain with mold, several infiltrations, broken lamps. People smoking in different areas of the hotel, especially in the pool area, the hotel even has a place that sells cigarettes, to encourage consumption. Place simply amazing.. Great accommodation, wonderful shower, air conditioning working perfectly.. Very good bath towels.. Wonderful restaurant, full and delicious food..
