We stayed for 2 days in the hotel. Initially the expectation is very high due to the picture of the hotel outdoor space and it definitely meets the expectations. The hotel social space is also very wide, well decorated and perfectly clean. They have a very nice pool near to the bar. Perfect for the relaxing moments. The hotel is located right in front of a very beatific dam. The view is stunning. The breakfast is great, they have so many options that is hard to choose what you really want. Unfortunately the hotel room does not meet with the rest of the hotel. There is no air conditioner and the room can get REALLY cold in the winter. The shower is also hard to handle. You can spend too much time until you get it in the right temperature. The queen bed in very comfortable thought. They got us a room at the 5th floor and the ramps seem endless. They don't have elevator, by the way. We had to change the room because we couldn't lock it with the keys.

Excellent accommodation with great value for money, excellent staff service, spacious rooms. Very good space to enjoy nature, enjoy with children. Large kids space with toys for different age groups.

We spent two days at the hotel and we have nothing to complain about, on the contrary, we really enjoyed it. The hotel is old but well maintained. We chose full board and really enjoyed our meals. Helpful staff and large, clean room. Very good value for money.
