The hotel is situated in the center in the city so the location is good. It is advertised as a four star hotel however nothing in the hotel gives you that impression. Very old facilities old furniture and old bathroom. The hotel needs restorationa and renovation. Cleanliness should be improved. The gym is quite good.

It gives you the impression that you are in 1970. The hotel is very old and extremely outdated. Staff is good, breakfast is ok. Rooms are very small and old. We could not close the door of the small balcony. However this was fixed after calling more then 5 times. For the price we expected a good hotel and nice...

The hotel is old and the room's aren't so nice. The breakfast is amazing, you can eat the bests foods from Brazil. ("Tapioca", eggs with ham and cheese, "Pão de queijo"..) The employees are very polite.

Good location in downtown , close to Peace theater, docas place and street market "ver o peso". The breakfast is very good and it stars very early (4:30 am). The dinner end up at midnight. The bedroom is ok, except by the AC noise, the bathroom is very old.

I've been in a double room, over the 5 floor, ant it has a great view. They keep an old thub in the bathroom, and there's much space in it. Their pillows and beds are smooth and soft. There's a gym and a pool, and their restaurant serves local cuisine (which is fish-based and pretty good).

The building still pretty much the same since the hotel was ruled by the last administration. Princesa Louçã didn't made any improvement at the rooms. The bed the furniture and bathroom still very old with a mold smell. The good point of the hotel is the food, for lunch they still have a nice buffet with a good variety of...

The room furnishings, bathrooms and internet are not really commensurate with the best 4/5 star hotels worldwide. Substantial investment would seem to be required to address the infrastructural problems, which given that Hilton will shortly be relinquishing management, will not happen under their watch. The outstanding feature was the staff who were exceedingly friendly, helpful and professional at all times...

Checked into this hotel expecting a minimum of two things: air conditioning and Internet. The air conditioning is noisy and inconsistent, resulting in mosquitoes and flies in the lobby and restaurant. The Internet is essentially nonexistent. The maximum uplink obtained when it worked (on occasion) was around 0.19 Mbps, or in other words, the speed that one typically expected about...
