Wow. What else can I say? Can't wait to go back. Brian and Tina were incredible hosts, the accommodations very quaint and comfortable, the resident pets were so sweet (they too were good hosts) and, well, we couldn't wait to wake up for breakfast-yummy! Gorgeous property and perfectly located. Our 48 hours flew by. This surely raised the bar for...

What a sweet place to relax and get away! The summer kitchen is a quaint little cottage tucked off by itself, with a swinging bench looking over the grounds. We settled in and felt right at home among the dogs, cats and ducks. Brian and Tina were the perfect hosts: friendly and available, but never intrusive. Tina's breakfasts were ample...

We only wish we could have stayed longer at this wonderful B & B in Ashland. Warm and friendly hosts, Tina and Brian welcomed us to their delightful carriage house. They recommended South Shore Brewery & Deep Water Grill for a delicious meal just 5 minutes away. The well appointed carriage house features a spacious deck with a view of...

We really went back in time here. A slower pace with animals (dogs, ducks, chickens and a rooster present). We were in one of their separate guess houses. The grounds had just gone through a major storm that upended 400 plus tress. In spite of the trauma of what had happened our owners and hosts could not have been more...

We came up for a way to get out of town. We stayed in the Guest House. Really old but well maintained little cottage in the trees. So peaceful and calm. Our hosts Tina and Brian were very good at what they do. Made us feel right at home. Loved all the animals on the property - very friendly dogs,...

Here on business and was looking for a home away from home. We found it! Our 11 night stay at the Cottage in the Woods was beyond our expectations. All the comforts of home, a place to unwind after a long day at work and hospitality extraordinaire! Can't wait to return next month!

Two couples stayed in the Cottage in the Woods for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful in it's own right and the cottage is set up with everything you need to base a trip to the area. Fabulous breakfasts were brought right to our door by the owners and they were helpful and accommodating to...

The Inn at Timber Cove is a tranquil haven of rest and refreshment! The Guest House where we stayed was beautifully furnished with many historical reminders of days gone-by; even down to the 1940's-50's periodicals, which we found so entertaining. The hosts, Tina and Brian are welcoming and extremely hospitable. They delivered Tina's sumptuous homemade breakfasts in the mornings at...

The millers are some wonderful people and they have an amazing B&B! Most of their rooms are cozy little cottages (if that's the right word to describe them) that are spaced out across the property. And there property is GORGEOUS. Lots of space to roam around for sure. The breakfast was brought to our room each morning by one the...

This is the second time we've stayed at Timber Cove and will return. The cottages are so inviting and comfortable. Breakfasts are 5 star. We've been here in the fall and winter. Easy access to hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. A delightful place to stay while enjoying Ashland / Bayfield events.
