The main attraction for us at Iguazu was, of course, the Falls, so we were essentially just looking for a place to sleep. However, this B&B surpassed our expectations - definitely an excellent budget option in Iguazu.

For us, the main pros were:

1) LOCATION - this hotel is less than a five minute walk from the local bus terminal, making getting to any attraction around town a no brainer. The bus line that goes to the Falls also passes by the airport, so it's very doable to take a bus to and from the airport. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance, including two steakhouses, and a strip of Middle Eastern eateries.

2) Helpful staff - Nilton, the hotel owner, is accessible almost all hours of the day/evening, and speaks fluent English - a rarity in Brazil. He was helpful and eager to assist in planning our time, and provided reliable local updates about what was open/closed at what time.

For the price we were paying, the rooms and beds were large and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms modern and clean. The breakfast was also pretty extensive and very filling. The only snag we ran into was very slow WIFI, even in the common spaces (and none at all in our room).

Would recommend for anyone here to enjoy the falls, looking for a convenient, comfortable, and efficient place to stay.

Stayed in Iguassu Central B&B for 3 nights while we explored the Brazilian side of the Falls. Was travelling with 3 ladies and all were very impressed with the cleanliness of the B&B. The breakfast was very good, nice selection of pastries along with fruit and juice and coffee. This again was commented on by all our group as being a positive. But the real attraction to this property is the owner who is incredibly helpful and made our stay a pleasure. On arrival gave us a detailed map and orientation of where we were located, how to get to the falls, a list of the local restaurants. He helped us with getting our laundry sorted at a local laundromat even though it was out of hours. But my best memory is of him allowing me to use his laptop to stream a match I wanted to watch as the TV channel was not available. This was a very nice thing to do and showed a willingness to go above and beyond to assist the customer. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay in this little gem in Foz Iguazu. The place is spotless, the rooms are big, the showers warm, and no doubt about it; the host Nilton is absolutely the best. We came to Brasil without booking anything, but found out during our trip that booking airplane tickets as a foreigner isn't easy (you need a cfp code). Nilton made a huge effort in helping us out and ended up calling one of the airlines for us and made a reservation for us. Iguassu Central B&B, somewhat hidden behind a bit of an ugly fence, is near the bus station which brings you to either the Falls, Itaipu dam or the airport and there are some nice places to eat around as well, so it truly is situated on a very central spot in Foz Iguazu. We met single travellers as well as families so in any kind of travel situation: don't hesitate and book this nice B&B. We highly recommend it!

From the first minute to the last we were very well looked after by the charming Nilton. The hostel is very close to the bus terminal for all connections to Iguacu, Paraguay, etc,. There are good eating places round the corner and an excellent supermarket a few hundred yards away. The hostel is immaculate, comfy beds, good aircon and fans, good wifi and a great breakfast. We stayed an extra night.

The hostel was very clean with a spacious room and simple, but good breakfast. The owner was very helpful in explaining the border procedure. It is also very close to the bus station so ideal for travelers!

Great place to stay! We were greeted by our host with a perfect English who explained us how to get to the falls, then to Argentina. He informed us about other things to do around and where to eat. The hotel is clean and modern with a common room where you can use a computer or relax on the sofa. Simple but comfortable bedroom and pristine bathroom. The breakfast was probably the best we had during our trip with a big choice of juices, ham, cheese, coffee, tea, milk, bread, fruits, yoghurts, cakes, etc...
The location is great too: 5 minutes walk from bus terminal, 3 from the bus stop to the falls and the bus stop to get to Argentina is in front of the hotel. There are nice restaurants around the corner and a big supermarket behind the terminal where you can also eat.
Would definitely recommend!

Most of the reviews have already said it all. Very helpful friendly staff, no English speakers while I was there though. Near bus terminal (120 bus for R3.20 to the Falls and the bird Park), shops, restaurants etc. Good value. Clean, simple and convenient. Access to a computer, fridge and a lounge room with TV if you want it. Good WiFi too.

Great budget b and b. We had a double room and shared a bathroom with 1 other room. Nilton, the hotel manager, arranged an airport shuttle which was waiting for us as soon as we landed, he was also very informative about the area and was able to book us on a tour to see the Argentinian falls the following day. The bus stop to get to the Brazilian falls was just around the corner so it was very convenient. The only downside was that our room was facing the main road which was noisy until the early hours of the morning on the weekend.

Iguassu Central Bed and Breakfast was one of the best places we've stayed on our 10 month trip. Firstly, Nilton (owner/manager) was super helpful and friendly answering all our questions and giving us awesome recommendations for things to see and do as well as using public transportation in the local area. He spoke excellent English as well! Secondly the room and the whole BnB were really clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, only a short walk to the bus station, supermarket and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with an assortment of cakes, pastries, fresh fruit and bread. And all of this for such an affordable price! We would highly recommend staying here, it certainly gave us awesome first impressions of Brazil!

Existem quartos com banheiro privativo ou compartilhado. Deve ser escolhido na hora da reserva. Eu, por exemplo, fiquei em um quarto com banheiro privativo.
