We booked 2 nights at the hotel via the internet as a short stopover.
I tried to book onward flights on the internet to Buenos Aries but failed. The internet is sometimes unfriendly, either to foreigners or credit cards they do not understand Or perhaps it is my tablet.
Vitor on reception explained lots of theings to us including Gluten free dining, he said if you have any quieries just ask, so I did, within a few minutes on his computer he had flights for us and cheap. he also pointed us in the right direction for the sights and buses, his colleagues on reception were also very helpful.
The flight was in 4 days time so Vitor regigged our booking to stay in the same room for a further 2 nights.
The room was large and spotless as was the rest of the building, breakfast was huge, the only breakfast to equa or pass these are to be found in Spains Paradores.
After a very pleasant stay at hotel Bogari we were whisked away via taxi to Cataratas airport and thanks to our taxi driver, Lurdes Martin (lady) we sailed through emmigration. In conclusion I don`t think you will get a better deal in town.

We stayed at the Bogari in January 2022 when we visited Brazil. Our initial holiday journey started in Rio then we caught an overnight Pluma coach down to Foz Do Iguacu.

The hotel is perfectly located, is only a 10minute taxi drive from the main National bus station. The local bus station where you can catch the bus to the Brazilian Catararas meaning falls is literally a 6minute walk from the hotel.

There are many restaurants and takeaways right in the same road as the Bogari. There is an currency exchange across the street but they didn’t accept the UK currency so instead we had to venture about 5 blocks down the same road to the Cambio, currency exchange that did accept sterling. The exchange rate though was low in comparison to Rio where had arrived from. In hindsight we would’ve taken more Reals with us from Brazil but fortunately we had sufficient so only exchanged around £50. I did get a real good rate to convert sterling to the Argentinian pesos which we took when we did the Argentinian falls whilst here.

The breakfast is plentiful with a good range on offer. The rooms are spacious and always cleaned to excellent standards. My approach is that wherever I travel in the world, I always leave a little something for the cleaner on the bed each day. A smalll gesture but much appreciated by these hard working guys.

Overall if we every returned to the Brazilian and Argentinian falls, I would definitely stay here again.

By the way, those like us after halal food, this road has many restaurants and take always that cater for the Muslim. In fact we had a halal take away literally next to the hotel on the right which we visited once and tried their tasty shwarma and a burger for my son. We saw many locals eating here too.

we stayed 2 nights at this hotel and asked the staff several times for help. A couple of them speak very good English and all were very anxious to help us. And we were able to borrow an adapter plug so we could charge our phone.

Stayed 4 nights at the Bogari. Check-in was quick and ok. Room was basic but sufficed perfectly fine. Water was hot but sink unit and shower leaked onto the floor. Bfast was buffet style, same selection each day but was of good quality. Coffee not the best. Most staff always said Bom Dia upon eye contact. Location is good on Av Brasil, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. A 5 minute walk to the TTU bus station - 5BRL flat fare for anywhere in the city. Line 120 goes to the Parque Nacional (falls) and calls to the airport on the way there, great value. Be aware hotel does cater to large tour groups causing queues at breakfast time and makes the reception area very busy at times. My stay was good overall, unfortunately there were quite a lot of noisy guests shouting in corridors who had no respect for anyone other than themselves but I understand it can’t necessarily be directly monitored by staff all the time. Overall I thought it was decent value.

This is a centrally located budget hotel, simple yet efficient. Breakfast was ample and wifi had its moments (of working and not working). Front desk service was very good and the price I got was unbeatable. They have parking for a small extra fee that is on the backside of the hotel. Rooms were small but clean and bathroom had ample hot water. Geat option if you are on a small budget.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay to visit the Brazilian side of the falls. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and functional. All of the staff were very helpful but special mention must go to Ico who went out of his way to help us get a helpful taxi driver to take us over to Paraguay for a few hours on the afternoon of our arrival (who helped us get stamped out and stamped in on both sides), and also helped to get a good taxi driver when we checked out to take us over the border to Argentina side and drop us at the entrance to the falls on that side. In addition, he gave us very good advice on a number of other issues and could not have been more helpful. My only warning is not to use the hotel ATM as the fees are very high.

Staff: Very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast: Delicious options to choose from.

Location: Easy to find, although you are limited to the restaurants nearby as it didn't seem like a central location for nightlife. The restaurants in the area are good though.

Rooms: No frills - they are simple and straightforward. Nothing fancy about them, but they're decent if you're staying for a night or two.
