We stayed at the inn for 4 days, polite staff! It met expectations, I just thought the bathrooms were small (but it didn't particularly bother me) the breakfast was delicious, and their roll cake is wonderful! Room 108 bothered me a little due to the light from the window, as there is no curtain, so the day dawns around 4:30 am. Very close to the center! We went to the center and nearby beaches every day on foot, and I had no difficulty calling Uber when I needed it.
We did Maragogi with Jocimar from Portomar Tours and I absolutely loved it! Very polite and helpful, punctual on schedule, comfortable car! I'll leave the contact details in case anyone needs it (81)99301-5537!

Breakfast with varieties. Restaurant with good food and reasonable value. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as there was hair throughout the bathroom and bedroom. They don't change the towels daily and as the room is not well ventilated, the towels don't dry. Super helpful staff, both at reception and in the restaurant.

The first impression was actually pleasant. However, on the first change of towels, one was dirty, cleaning the room was not so satisfactory (removing the wrinkles is very different from leaving them clean). Furthermore, the hotel does not have its own restaurant, which means that even a plate, forks and knives are not available if you do not eat at the local restaurant. The rooms on the ground floor are on the edge of the pool, so until 9pm, if you are in certain rooms, there will be no silence depending on some guests.

Negative points: I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel. I stayed for 3 days and the toilet flushed there was a problem on 2 of those days. The water in the shower, tap and toilet are yellowish. And it wasn't just in my room as I went with a group of 20 people and they all also complained about the yellowish water. I couldn't identify what it was but I think it's something they put in to treat the water, I don't know, but the water was yellow throughout the stay and disgusting me when I took a shower and brushed my teeth.
Another thing, they charge 4 reais for an extra towel and 8 for an extra blanket! As I didn't know this because at the time of check in no employee told me, I arrived from the beach and kept my towel for the night, the next day they told me that I would have to pay another 4 reais because it had to be delivered by 9pm and I didn't deliver it (but no one told me at any time).

Reasonable to good coffee, very good location, almost right on the sand, easy access to the center on foot or Uber, flexible with departure and arrival times, very polite and friendly staff Giliard and Jaqueline helped us a lot with tips.

Pools, rooms and great food. The service was noteworthy, friendly and committed staff who always sought to solve the problems. Close to the center of Porto de Galinhas and the main beach, you can walk. A compliment goes to the manager Marinalva, we got sick on our stay and she gave us all the support and attention that is something that differentiates the Inn. The price is good and fair! The only thing you need to improve is the quality of hi-fi! Everything else scores 10! Details second time in this Inn that was renovated and today is even better!

We had a problem with our accommodation, after a lot of complaining and by our suggestion we managed to change room but before that, the return of the managers was super negative and even suggested that we change hotel, which I found absurd!
