The service of the receptionists was wonderful; they are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and, honestly, we felt more and more comfortable.
As we went during the high season, we had some a little uncomfortable neighbors, with loud music, but as it was New Year, we ended up not staying much in the room. The festive atmosphere of the end of the year helped keep the spirit cheerful, and, in the end, we made the most of our stay!
I highly recommend Pousada Iandê, a very nice environment and close to nature.
The room was very clean and spacious, a really nice green area, really a beautiful garden.
There are no elevators, so if someone has mobility difficulties I believe it is not the ideal hotel.
In short, I highly recommend the inn and would definitely return to this place.

Without everything, the inn offers a sauna and swimming pool to relax after the beach in the morning.

Breakfasts were normal, nothing spectacular like many reviews. It's a long way from being spectacular.
The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and nice sea view, although you would lack a table and armchairs there. We had to take the table and chairs to the balcony.
The bathroom amenities were fine, should improve the quality of the towels and towels, had many washed and were rough.
The room furniture is not very functional, it is not possible to leave the bags open. The safe is old.
There would be some mats missing at the side of the bed.
The external pool area is nice and well maintained.
Daily cleaning of the room and bathroom was correct.
The staff is competent and friendly.
You can walk to the beach, it is 200 meters, but 1.5 km to the main beach of Pto de Galinhas.
The pousada is just very close to the construction of a building and working hours are from 6 to 17 hs. There's a lot of noise.
The price for Booking is very expensive.

The pousada Iande is located on the outskirts of Porto de Galinhas, 10-15 minutes walking from both the town and the beach (or by a 5$ taxi).
It is a recently built pousada run by a family. Their spirit is genuinely kind and they will do their best at making you feel like at home.
Their swimming pool is a good option to chill before or after a day at the beach. Also, when hungry they can prepare some simple but homemade dishes or order some delivery.
The price is very competitive and definitely it is an affordable option.
The minor negatives include visits from large tree ants and some other small insects that found access into the room. During the day I could see daylight between the boards in the rather rustic, room entry door. The room key which was a metal key connected to a large plastic piece, had to be inserted into the door lock and turned in order to lock the entry door; however, the electricity in the room would not come on until the plastic piece was inserted into a energy saving fixture mounted on the wall. This meant that the door had to be locked in the dark before you could turn on the lights. Also, the plastic piece had a magnet inside which meant that you couldn't just "fool" the energy fixture into energizing the room lights. No in-room safe, except for the third floor rooms seemed strange.
Breakfast is rather limited, but what you would expect at a pousada. In addition to the typical items they do offer hot items including scrambled eggs, cheese bread (pão de queijo) and tapioca. The tapioca in Brazil, if you've never tried it, is nothing like tapioca pudding. In Brazil, tapioca is in granular form and is poured out on a hot plate where it "melts" together and somewhat resembles a white crepe. It is then filled with items such as ham, cheese, grated coconut, etc. then is folded over into a half round shape and cooked more.
The affordable rate is the biggest draw; of course, you trade away convenience due to the location on the outskirts of where you will want to be when visiting Porto de Galinhas. The Natural Pools are a good 15 minute walk, as is hiking to the town center for the shops and restaurants. As another reviewer mentioned, you will only want to walk on the road during the day as there are few lights at night and traffic makes it dangerous.
The waves at the beach nearest the pousada were quite rough and this section appears to be mostly of interest for surfing, with few people in the water swimming.
The Rs10 taxi that the pousada will call for you will not take you to the center of town, but rather on the edge and you will need to walk another 5 minutes to reach where the activity is located. Pay an additional Rs5 and they will drive you the extra distance and drop you where you really want to be.
The Natural Pools are basically only accessible within 1.5 to 2 hours of low tide, so be sure to download an app or find a website that provides the daily low tide times. Many of the locals seem to be somewhat out of touch with the tide times (one even claimed that you can start visiting the pools at a time which turned out to be 15 minutes before high tide????). From the time you leave the pousada plan on half an hour at least to walk to town, buy your passage and then walk to the jungadas (flat hull sail boats) that will take you to the pools in the reef.
If you are looking for a place that is away from the crowds, want an affordable room and don't mind the distance this is an acceptable choice.
