The employees are very helpful. Great for families. The value is fair. It really corresponds to a 3 star hotel. I went with my elderly mother, my husband and my 10 month old son. Everything I needed, they helped me promptly. The breakfast is very varied.

My only observation is that the hydraulic installations in the bathrooms should be improved as the shower does not provide a good bath (very little water comes out) and the TV lasts for the longest time during the stay without a signal. This hotel was great. We got to Porto de Galinhas without booking any hotel in advance and from the options with rooms available, they offered the best package (we stayed only one night). Checkout was extended in several hours without any additional charge.
The hotel is right on the beach and they also have a swimming pool area. It is located just off from the Village, which for us was good as we wanted peace and a good night of sleep (you walked to the village on the sand - around 20 minutes of a pleasant walk). Service was as promised, and all of our requests were fulfilled immediately.
Breakfast is very good and complete, with a lot of local food (free).
Ups: Great value for the area... (cheaper than most hotels with the same profile in the area); Great location; Breakfast was awesome!
Downs: The "parking lot" is outside, although they have guards around most of the night; sea is a bit rough in the area, so not good for kids

The room was simple, the water from the shower was a bit salty and the air conditioner was way too noisy (they have their reasons to keep it, since we are by the beach, all the electric appliances get rusty very fast), though we had a great view from the hotel and the sea from the balcony - which was provided with hammock. They have the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, everything was delicious, freshly homemade local food! The main beach and village are about 20 minutes walking by the beach.
