Stayed here with a group for a weekend in January 2014. The grounds are beautiful, as is the pool. The breakfast is pretty decent- ample amounts of fresh fruit. This hotel has a great location, it is a 10 minute walk from the historic part of town. It has air conditioning which is great, as it can get very humid...

We stayed here for 4 nights and thought the hotel was great. The accommodation is quite basic but the grounds are gorgeous and the location is fantastic. My partner is a huge nature fan and within minutes of arrival spotted his first ever Hummingbird! The room was quite dark with no hair dryer and interesting Brazilian electrics in the shower...

We stayed for 5 nights and found the location to be perfect. Its not in the old city, but instead its on the border, no need to drive your car or walk on the old cobblestones, there is a bridge at the front that connects you with a quick 5 minute walk you are in the old city, also easy...

I came here, I think, back in 2009 and reviewed this wonderful place. Well I was there last month, May 2012 and it was just as magical as ever. We even had the same room! This is simply a beautiful pousada, the grounds are sublime. you are well away from the noise of the centre, but close enough so it's...

It's the 4th time we come here, always a great place to stay, most because I LOVE animals and that's what you will probably find here, and most everywhere in Paraty. Don't like bugs, mozzies, bites, dogs and cats? Stay in your big city so. This wonderful historic town is surrounded by mata atlantica, and as well, bugs. anyway, this...

Arriving by bus into Paraty we visited the tourist centre opposite to find accommodation. We wanted to be close to the historical centre without paying a premium for being within the centre. Parque Hotel was a perfect location requiring a 5-10 min walk along the riverbank to arrive at the historic centre and/or beach. Entrance is via iron gates and...

Just come back from Paraty after staying at the Parque Hotel Pereque for nearly 3 weeks. Me and my other half Monise have been there before, in 2009 and loved it, and again we were not disappointed. The hotal is a series of small chalets set in park grounds, all of which are orientated just enough to ensure reasonable privacy....

We (myself, spouse and two daughtrs) have been in Parque Hotel Pereque for five nights during the carnival of this year. The place is a great and beatufil park (total area of 12.000 square meters) with many exotic plants and trees. It is calm, ideal for relaxing. The swiming poll is large and beatiful (with many palm trees around), where...
