Santa Teresa is a bohemian enclave hosting many local artists’ studios. The narrow, winding streets of this neighbourhood were revitalised years ago, and visitors can now stroll through this area to view magnificent mansions dating back to the late 19th and early 20th century. I have booked this hostel for new year for 5 days. After booking and paying a deposit i recieved an email from a guy claiming to work there asking for full payment up front which could not be done by paypal.
Has anyone else had to do this? Seems a little dodgy to me?
