The hotel used to be well located until the terminals changed. For international flights there is now a VERY long walk to change terminals. This WAS the best feature of this hotel-quick access to international flights. This is no longer the case.

Out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at in my life, this hotel had to be the filthiest. The sheets definitely were not changed from previous guests as they were all crinkly and a mess. The comforter was full of hair. The walls were all scratched. Even the tour booklets on the desk had scribbled marks all over the...

Had a 14 hour layover in Rio from 8am until 10 pm. They lets us check in at 8am and keep the room for 12 hours which was ideal. A little on the expensive side for what you get but its just so easy. The hotel is located in the Airport itself so it was a matter of minutes between...

It's a very handy hotel if you need to stay near the hotel. In terminal 1 but poorly signposted from terminal 2! The rooms are utilitarian but clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is pretty decent too. I'd stay here again for convenience.

Stayed for the day at this property awaiting my connection in the evening. I was stunned at how crappy the facility was with no windows, linens at the quality of a motel and staff that was less than stellar. Upon checkin the agent quoted me over 500 BRL for the room - to which I replied online I could book...

I stayed with my mother and sister for one night when we arrived at Rio. The location is good is you have and early flight, but thats the only thing good. They said they have wifi but when we arrived it was broken, and the next day it was still broken. When we complained to the main desk, the lady...

I stayed here for one night on business and found the room to be quite basic. The bed was comfy enough and the air conditioning works, also the shower and bathroom area was clean. The best reason to stay here is that it is actually inside the airport so if you're staying for a very short time or need to...

We booked one night in a twin room with my colleague. The reservation was on my name. However my flight was canceled and my colleague came alone. He was not allowed to use reserved room despite he mentioned my name and explained that I can't come! You asked a confirmation by e-mail that I allow him to enter the room...

Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking your time for writing to us. The booking reference in the name of Semen Yesylevskyy was guaranteed and has remained in our system until the next day as a NO SHOW. According to Brazilian law the property is obliged to keep the room for the guest during the period requested. Any change...
