Hotel is amazing. Since when we have arrived until we have left, everything was perfect. Staff is very friendly, in the front desk, housekeeping and in the restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. Many different breads, jams, juices and "Cuca" and "Cueca Virada" two very traditional foods from the south. Rooms are very good. Try to stay in a room in odd area, they have a wonderful view to the mountains
Our stay in Villa Bella Hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and sweet, the hotel is warm and very clean. The view is absolutely wonderful and the amenities are very relaxing. Nothing bad to say about it, would certainly recommend it.
Excellent option to travel to Gramado with children. The hotel offers all the infrastructure necessary to have great days and enjoy the city even if the weather does not help. There are warm pool, game room, playground with monitoring, good restaurant, baby and mom space if you want to cook you own meal, free wifi at the room
The hotel itself is great. The rooms are simple and average size. The view is phenomenal. Each floor has a seating area very quiet, great for a glass of wine and just relax with the greenest view ever. Staff is great and ready to help. We certainly go back
Fellow travelers, I tend to walk away from a vacation thinking "I really need to give it a review on TA"... But I'm lazy and I end up never doing it. But it's time to give back to the amazing TA community. Finally my family and I decided to visit Gramado. If you're reading this probably you've already decided to go: great decision. And this hotel is surely a great choice! Ok, it's not exactly in downtown Gramado but it's just a 5 minute drive and it's likely you've already drove quite a bit to get there in the first place. But the views of the valley make it soooo worth it. It's quiet, peaceful and beautiful. As for the hotel, it's clean, and sufficiently modern to satisfy the European standards. Start off indulging in the excellent morning buffet and forget about stopping for lunch during the day. And when you get back in the evening the warm pool and spa will make you praise your choice. On a final note I have to mention the concierge Madison. I usually don't ask for advice because the "tips" always point to some expensive alternative. Madison is a rare breed: he's professional, accommodating, understanding and has a sense of humor. We had him move reservations around, get restaurants to pick us up and plan our stay impeccably. Bravo and obrigado!!!…
