According to our previous experience. Good service for the money spent. Location is practical and parking efficient and cost reasonable. Early morning continental breakfast at reception makes your early leave more comfortable.

Clearly from Ibis you have not to expect the services of a five star hotel, anyway IBIS Campinas can do much more. Few examples: air conditioning not so efficient (it took a lot of time to bring room temperature down), some maintenance needed in the bath room, water quite cold before 6am.... Breakfast is good and in line with other... More

The infrastructure and the service of the reception desk and the restaurants are badly affected by the ongoing renovation. In fact, the breakfast was one of the worst I have had for a long period of time.

This is the fourth time I stayed here in the last 18 months. Rooms are clean, but sparse (desk with hard chair, Pergo/Hardwood floors, bed with a memory foam top). Fine for a few night's business stay. A little rough for a week or more. Renovating restaurant, so you have to go to the "CO Floor", which is hard to... More

“Dont walk or drive at night by yourself. Downtown Campinas is nearby, and is known for robberies and male prostitutes. It is fine during the day. Giovanetti Pizza Restaurant is a great place to eat in nearby Cambui. Even at night, they will send a courtesy van(its safe 100%) to pick you up and take to to their fine restaurant. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. Its a fine restaurant(not a pizza shop). The service and staff are great. They are known also for their Mascot pet, a big friendly St. Bernard dog, that will come and walk around the restaurant while everyone eats, to let you pet him or hug him and take pictures. The restaurant has various levels to eat in the lower level is somewhat like a garden and has a childrens play area in it. They serve beer, sodas, pizza, salads, etc. A gret place! They will bring you back to the hotel after your meal”
