Good place for a short stay; (2/3 days/nighst). Clean rooms but the bed is not the type which everybody likes... a little bit noisy due hydraulics of other rooms/slamming doors. Awesome location: near of bars, fast food joints, restaurants and city's main bus station. Main drawback: do not trust on the valet service. The driver is not a good on.... More

This place was recommended by a local person, but it is truly "3rd world". The floor finish by the Lobby is a set of wooden boxes with green marbles inside. Looks like a 3rd grader picked that. The elevator is tiny. The place is dirty. The outer elevators doors on each floor are opened manually, which means one has to... More

This is the only place to even consider staying in in Sao Carlos, this is the best hotel in this town, the rooms are ok although a little old , the food is good in the hotel, in a convenient location, with friendly and helpfull staff

This hotel most likely used to be good but now it is quite rundown. The carpet in the aisles is dirty and torn, the rooms are spacious but the furniture needs to be replaced. The bathroom was ok. My room was on the 7th floor and there was no noise. Breakfast was fairly good. They offer a complimentary caipirinha or... More

It's clean, comfortable, with a good breakfast. The rooms are spacious, if on the basic side. The service, however, is amazing, really outstanding. I was sitting at the pool, working on my laptop. They have plugs everywhere, but I struggled with the plug next to me. A maintenance person spotted that, and came with an extension so that I could... More

the room I had on the fourth floor was very spacious but outdated. The decor is very much 1970s. The bed also feels like it was made In that decade and the towels as well. There are no double glazed windows and as the hotel is on a busy road it is quite noisy. On the plus side the free... More

Stayed here last week while working at UFSCar. A good base - in a not too noisy part of the topwn, and with plug sockets that work for US adaptors - Brazil otherwise has rather odd plugs! Nice restaurant on site, lots of fresh fruit for breakfast.

This is a rundown hotel that is in more than one way in a bad shape. I am not only talking about the building which is in definite need for some refurbishment, but also in other ways, things are not quite right. Hardly anyone is able to speak English, to start with. The internet is patchy and the connection is... More

It is an OK hotel for a short business trip - a night or two to stay in. The rooms are OK, a bit dated and in need of renovation but clean and good otherwise. The breakfast was good - good choice to kick start the day, lots of fruit. The staff are very nice and helpful - great chats... More
