I stayed at this hotel for one night only. Excelent location, right at Oscar Freire. The room is clean and roomy, but had an old decor and simple furnishings. The bed is very uncomfortable. Breakfast is fair, nothing special. I recommend for very short business trips.

The hotel has small but convenient rooms with a separate kitchen and living room which was great. The location is awesome, you're steps away from all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and an open street mall with lovely stores. It might be too small and lacking room in general for children inside the apartment and in the common areas, but... More

Situated in one of the nicest shopping districts in São Paulo, Regent Park is surprisingly reasonable and offers good restaurant options (such as Temakeria next door) nearby. The accommodations are all two-room suites that each include a kitchenette and the basics. Wifi is good. Service is good. Breakfast, which is included, is okay. There is a small pool and a... More

Absolutely the best location in the city, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to all shops, restaurants and cafés, couldn't be better, neither the price for this location. However the rooms and the infrastructure desperately need an upgrade. Old furniture, ancient rooms, so very basic facilities. But the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, constantly smiling... while the location is excellent and the terms attractive, be very carerful at the end as the bill may change and then you have little choice. Too bad for such a lovely location with some loely staff to be spoiled by an accountant and back office that try to steal fro the clients as they check out. Fortunately, as largely... More

The hotel is very comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms with kitchen and tv area. Some rooms have wooden floors. It is situated in a wonderful location. In fact, the strongest point about the hotel is its location. The breakfast is served in a restaurant annexed to the hotel and is above average. Since the hotel is old, some of the furniture... I use to go there for my job trips in SP. Strenght: centram position, you can move walk in the oscar freire road without any problem at any hour and is full of shops and restautant. Furthermore the personnel is very friendly and you can ask them everything. At the end the room are really large and you can organize... More

We loved the spacious room, it felt like an apartment, it had a flat screen tv in the bedroom and in the living room. It was very clean and a relaxing room to come to after a hectic day in the city. The staff was very kind and professional; it was helpful that they spoke great english - they even... More

Was disappointed to see the swimming pool was more of a fish pond. The pictures make it look large when in fact it accommodates just one person. There were constant building works taking place in the hotel and it was not possible to sleep. I left the following day. The breakfast was terrible unless you like processed sugar in everything... Neighbourhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
