Excellent value for money, extremely well located at Avenida Nove de Julho within walking distance from Avenida Paulista, Rua Oscar Freire, Parque do Ibirapuera and right next to a mall. Many restaurant and entertainement options nearby and easy access to all the main roads to all parts of the city. Friendly staff, clean rooms, 10/10"
Besides the simplicity, a few items are necessary for the guest's comfort, like air conditioning. In the first room that we were in, the device wasn't working properly. So we passed through the hassle to change rooms to another floor after we already had settled in. But, for shame, in the new room the system was ALSO BROKEN. In the midst of a heat wave, dry climate and dust, a hot, noisy night in São Paulo.
Cozy hotel, friendly and proactive staff, close to the places you wanted to go, clean and organized, excellent breakfast, I loved being staying there. Easy access, value parking not too expensive.colorful and modern environment.
It was perfect for my business travel because I could stay next to my customer office and save time. At night there are good options for a snack in the bar for a good price. Parking the car for guests is also an advantage!
Excellent for short accommodation and great service. Calm, clean, fast service, well located and well-served breakfast. The room just need a little fridge, a dryer and a better lighting over the writing desk.
Hotel location allows for jogging at nearby Parque do Ibirapuera, as well as restaurantes of all types and prices and even a good shopping Mall at 5 minutes walking distance. Price is very reasonable (if you book in advance and the city is not overcrowded) and breakfast ha excellent price/benefit ratio.
It was my second time in Ibis Budget Jardins. As the last time, I really enjoyed the hotel and its team was superb. But, I had problems regarding the other guests in the same floor, who talked so loud after hours.
The Hotel has a great location, very close to the most attractive region of São Paulo. The service is very good, the breakfast is good. The rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. A star lost by the restaurant, a bit small for the number of apartments.
There's no refrigerators in the rooms and the showers has no private. Breakfast is too expansive in relation to the amount of food. In generally, the property is good, but is very simple. The price of daily is OK.
Disorganised as ever we booked this for a couple of nights after arriving at Sao Paolo airport from Sydney. We’d left it late so not much was available at a reasonable price. Whilst the hotel is relatively central to everything is not really in walking distance to much. Next time in Sao Paolo I’d probably look to stay in Pinheiros or Vila Madelena and ideally somewhere close to a metro station for ease of getting around. That said the hotel itself was fine, basic but fine. The rooms are absolutely tiny and the bed is pretty hard but that seems to be the go in Brazil. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. A good, cheap breakfast. Perfectly fine for a couple of nights stay if you don’t want to break the bank but I’d say there are better options if you’re a little more organised than us.…
