The attention in all areas of the hotel was excellent, from the reception, the service people and the restaurant. The room is equipped with all the items for a business trip and is very comfortable. Recommended breakfast, a great variety every day.
The Mercure São Paulo Paulista is a great hotel near all of the action on Paulista Avenue. A fabulous value for its wonderful location, clean and comfortable rooms with an attentive staff. The property has good security in this quiet part of Bela Vista. Easy and safe walk to subway stations and several historic sites in the Paulista area. I plan to stay here again when I return on my next trip to São Paulo. Thanks again to its staff for making my stay pleasant and memorable!
What I liked about the hotel: Staff: Very helpful and friendly. Rooms: Modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast: Delicious food with a variety of options to choose from. Location: Close to the metro station, restaurants, and local shopping. Quiet area as well.
Room was tiny, could barely walk around the bed. Breakfast is overpriced for what they give you, better of going around the corner to Starbucks or coffeeshop. Lots of people but poor customer service.
It has been the third time I stay at Mercure Paulista. The location and the service are great. Special reference to the restaurant team, which was excellent and the housekeeper Wely (always attentive, efficient and smiling). Highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is very good and it is near of all that you need in São Paulo such as Museums, pubs, underground and sightseeing. You can go to anyplace from this hotel spending little money because his localization ís very good.
This is a very good hotel. It is in a very good location right around the corner from Paulista Avenue. It is easy to go from the hotel to anywhere you would want to go in Sao Paulo. I found it easy to get food and laundry services in the area, yet you would not need to leave the hotel. The hotel has a nice restaurant which serves a great breakfast. There is a small gym facility and a laundry service. The rooms are comfortable with satellite TV. Overall I had a good time, I felt the staff were friendly and the hotel provided for me a good place to stay in Sao Paulo.
Very well located, one block from Paulista Ave. Rooms are comfortable. The bathroom needs a renovation. Have stayed here for four weeks straight. The gym is small, but enough. The best employee by far is Andrei. Very helpful and kind. If you need a calm room, make sure to ask at check in. Some rooms are noisy.
Helpfull staff, nice interior, cozy rooms with terrace and a modern amenities. Just around the corner from avenue. Rooms are very quit and have big walls. The breakfast is nice and has sll what u need for the morning.
The hotel is okay however the Customer service from the hotel/ group is horrible. I was visiting Brasil the whole trip with Accor (Mercure or Novotel). I arrived the hotel on 2nd Feb after 31 hours journey from HK to São Paulo. Paid the room for 2 night from 1-3 Feb as my flight arrived on 2nd Feb 5-am. 2 weeks after was checking my points as a Loyalty members of Accor. 1 night of points was missing and the hotel refused to credit me back because I checked in on the 2 Feb not the 1st. Money was paid and no points credit to their guests. Attitude was not very friendly on the phone when they tried to explain me the situation. They only said “this is our policy and nothing can be done even you paid for 2 nights as you only stay ‘1’ night then we will not be able to give you point” Will not recommend this hotel / Any hotels in Accor group as you pay your money for nothing. First time stayed with Accor and will never come back for sure with that attitude... Doesn’t matter if you revamp your Loyalty programme if you don’t value your guests. …
