The Room was a good size, clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety. Location is 5 minutes from the Metro, so very easy to get about. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay again.
It took me a while to figure out Hotel Nobile Downtown’s magic. How it continuously pulls guests and people in. They are after all not the only hotel in downtown São Paulo. But they are perhaps the only one consistently full. Geniality. The magic word. The breakfast buffet is maybe something one can miss, but everything else? Is perfect. The Staff are the warmest you’ll ever meet in São Paulo, perhaps even all of Brazil. They are so helpful, despite the difficulty of the language barriers. They’d draw maps for you, tell you where the better exchange rate ForEx shops are etc. The best among them is Fatima of the Front Desk. On her day off, she even managed to organise my driver and car for the airport. Fatima is the best. Along with Marcus and everybody at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Kudos and best regards to all of you at Hotel Nobile Downtown São Paulo! Obrigado!…
Excellent [and safe provided you are vigilant] location in the centre of Sao Paolo. A great base for sightseeing on foot with many of the must-see sights and lots of good quality and value restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the metro for longer jaunts. Very good value.
Nice Hotel in the center of sao paulo very clean and comfortable, good location close by everything, not really good during the night. Good staff everything ok, good prices, WiFi good, aircon good no problems
Standard hotel considering Brazil, however the reception did not speak english nor had any tourist information available. The hotel is in centro, which is a "worn out neighbourhood" with shady people around. Be cautious of walking around in some parts of the area. Breakfast was boring and no options for vegetarians.
I stayed for 2 nights in the Superior Queen room and my initial impressions were quite good. Interesting façade. Smart reception room. The room is quite big, nicely decorated if a bit outdated, the shower is nice with good water pressure, the bed is very comfortable and there are 4 pillows all very comfortable too. Also the room is very quiet with no street noise at all. The WiFi Internet is awesome. Really fast. The only problem was that the air conditioning unit started leaking and I had to call reception. A technician was sent in promptly and I was told I should change rooms. I did and everything was ok after this. The breakfast was just ok. They were renovating an area of the lobby so on the first two days there were only one lift available. The receptionist at check in was not friendly at all. He didn’t inform me of the renovation, didn’t tell me about breakfast times so I had to call reception afterwards to learn about this and about the gym and swimming pool. This is a problem that is endemic in Brazil. Hotel staff is usually unprepared to deal with clients usually is unfriendly and at best polite. Not to mention English is also a problem for them. I think management should train or hire staff better and this would improve this hotel immensely.…
Been staying here for years....not keeping up with the times: Internet so slow I thought my laptop was broken A/C leaked almost the whole time...didn't get room very cold Hot water in shower only in the morning Nice staff, but probably won't stay here again.
I stayed at Nobile hotel for one day. It is located near Republica square. It is very cheap for a 4 star hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was good as well. Staff was kind though some of them don't know English which is a must in todays day and age. Location is not bad, but Republica square is pretty unclean and you won't feel safe going out after 9pm by yourself. Metro and other public transport is close. For a short stay this is a very good place
The Hotel is located in the downtown area of Sao Paulo, the Metro access is hust one block away, the facilities are a little old but well maintenance! The staff is gentle and the breakfast is Good! The room service is good and the food is Ok. The only bad thing is the Fitness Centre, the Tv does not work and the equipment is very old, they should purchase new ones..
Stuff were nice and helpful. We spoke portuñol mix of Spanish and Portuguese and some English little bit of all those three language to communicate. Room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Hot and delicious Breakfast. Parking was included and lots of near places to eat and park to walk. Felt safe. I was please with the service.
