The room is old , the shower is bad and the cleaning also. The room cleaning was done at night, the courtin of the room look old and dirty and there is no accustic isolation. The reception for registration is also very slow, I always stay the and now I'thinking to change hotel.
Hotel was perfectly situated, easy walking distance to most places , hotel was clean, breakfasts were good , staff were very helpful, Ana Clara went out of her way to explain exactly what we asked , and made sure we were taken good care of thank you 👌
I would like to thank the hotel staff , during my stay at the hotel last December, I have been treated better than Beyoncé. Around 11:00am I still at the traffic in Sao Paulo and I received a message from the hotel, telling me that my room were already available for me. I really appreciated it Up to my arrival, the reception were all ready waiting for me, I loved it. My room on 17th floor were just PERFECTLY HUGE!! I had " guarana and cheese bread" welcoming me at the hotel. I found it a charming touch from the hotel, after so many years not coming back to Brazil and receive at the hotel some nice gesture. Well done for all the staff. You will find the British Aiways crew at the hotel as they stay there, they are nice and friendly so even British Airways accomodate they crew there it means that the hotel is not just great is STUNNING! Once again, thank you very much for my wonderful stay. Thiago Costa…
Hotel staff is very kind and Helpfull - Location is good for business. The place is quiet, has a nice fitting center and swimming pool. Rooms are nice, a little old fashioned but very clean. Breafast is Brazilian style so is very nice. WiFi is provided for free and speed is reasonable. To move to and from the hotel you will need to use a taxi, even though not long trips to good restaurants.
Most hotels in São Paulo I have visited are 80/90 s old spaces with a lag of modernity, not even remodel I don’t know what is worse, stay in a hotel were pillows are old and very used or were employees are really slow for everything, check in,(even doing web check in previously, nothing was ready)check out poorly done, I did it the previous night, took other 10/15 minutes doing it, same for check in When I was leaving, even thought my check out was made, I ate some nuts, so I went to pay them at 5 am, took more than 5 minutes for it to get charge.. why??? For the boulangerie at the hotel, slow service, they prefer to talk between employees that to provide service, they have to go all the way to the bar for a glass of wine, and the food is really far away from a boulangerie, terrible The breakfast, they dare to charge you 10% tip for a slow motion service, they dint even offer you anything, not even coffee, but they charge you tipsss The gym, very small, also 80/90s with probably the same lady who opened the gym, and you can not even ask for a WiFi password because she gave it wrongly and she will be upset afterwords for asking the password twice Poor service oriented hotel, like most of not all hotels in São Paulo …
I had to stay in my way to my final destination, the hotel is great good recepcion very friendly and easy access. The room was pretty but small, apparently this hotel needs to renew their furniture because seems to be old but not in bad shape. Finally breakfast was very good and pastry was amazing.
First of all, when you go to a gran something you expect something more... The hotel is nice, leaning on a classic style, the room is large and the products are from loccitane. It is certainly much better than the gran mercure vila Olimpia! But this is it, the service is similar to a regular mercure. The breakfast is nice, but you could get one almost on par at mercure times Square. Accor should revise it's hotels classifications.
We had booked this hotel primarily due to it's location south of the main centre as we were scheduled to attend the F1 Grandprix. We were very pleased on arrival at the quality of the hotel - our room was very spacious, clean and although on a busy road junction, we were not affected by any noise. The restaurant was good, a little surprised it was so quiet (and not open on a Sunday evening) and the breakfast was also very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The added benefit was the coffee shop which served excellent coffee and a wide selection of savoury/sweet snacks. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is in a very safe location and security is good. The rooms are a little old fashioned but still very comfortable and larger than average. Air conditioning is good, the beds comfortable and the rooms are nice and quiet. Hopefully one day they will do an update to the rooms and maybe install things like multi-plug power adaptors. The best thing about the hotel for me is the kindness of the staff. They are very warm and professional and seem to want to do their best to provide good service and be helpful. Particularly the guys on reception and the waiters that work the breakfast shift in the restaurant. A special mention and thankyou to 'Carol' who works on reception. I wanted to attend a local yoga class and needed to take a padlock for the gym locker room. I asked if the hotel had one that they could lend me and she offered to lend me her personal padlock. For me, this is going the extra mile in customer service and is what generates me wanting to come back to the same hotel when in Sao Paulo.…
It’s a bit off the beaten track and you will need to get a taxi to go out at nice as the area can be a bit bleak. It’s an airline hotel so lots of cabin crew. Hotel is fine with a nice french cafe on the ground floor. Dinner in the bar is better than the rather empty restuarant. Food was good and we did see a Spice Girl at breakfast. I think i would stay somewhere more central and closer to the main streets but good for a few nights if you don’t go out at night. We needed to ask them to fix the minibar as it was making a loud noise, so loud i turned it off in the night so they took it away and didn’t replace it - they also took away our drinks in the mini bar and had strangely left a Stanley knife blade on the floor. Reception apologised but I don think understood why we were a little upset and certainly didn’t try to rectify the issue. I’m not sure why the minibar wasn’t replaced, the hotel didn’t seem very full. …
