Having read reviews about this hotel I expected 3 star basic, and this is exactly what I got. I was only staying for one night, so it was adequate. Arriving later in the evening we did check in quickly and got to the room. It was clean but old. Everything looked like it could benefit from renewing, refreshing or just revamped. Bathroom had seen better days but what could have been easily improved was the towels. Practically thread bare, and the bedding was thin and worn, just disappointing. Windows were extremely dirty and balcony door was sealed shut for Health and Safety Purposes. It didn’t make the room feel comfortable and definitely not relaxing. Gym was very basic and again in need of replacing machines and an update would be beneficial. Breakfast was also basic. Bread choice was the best thing about it but there was little in the way of appetising items. It was breakfast and nothing else. I took what I needed to fuel up but I didn’t feel treated at all which as a tourist in a foreign country I like to ‘want to try local food’ this didn’t happen here. Good thing – staff are friendly and helpful Would I stay again - No…
This was our second stay at the hotel and we will not be back. The room was dirty and the bathroom was also dirty and badly ventilated to the point of having constant odours due to the dampness. We asked for a couple of wine glasses for our room and were told that each or any bottle of wine consumed in our room would be subject to a corking charge! This is a miserable practice that underlines the hotel's greed above all else. The keycards failed on one occasion and after the receptionist fixed them and we questioned the issue, he rudely shrugged and said "just a problem"
This hotel is more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel, as such it is practical, economical and efficient. We had dinner at the hotel, I do not recommend. Breakfast was very good and included. Location is super convenient, parking was available and rooms were large with great showers and bedding. We would stay again ...
We stayed here a couple of years ago and we’re sorry to see how the maintenance of the rooms has deteriorated. Our room was in a sad state and rather dirty. Fridge had not been stocked properly and half drunk bottles of water left there. The staff at reception did try to address some of the issues but the experience led to our decision not to return to this property in the future.
The hotel provided a great experience for a traveler who has been to Sao Paulo many times during these past five years. From it's location, just a few foot steps from Paulista, to very friendly receptionists whose English is very good, to the spacious room, to the tasteful breakfast and the generosity with which the room was made available well before the official check-in time and allowed to keep it well beyond the official check-out time, this is a place I would like to return to soon.
Very good hotel at all levels in the center , everything is near Professional staff especialy miss patricia very helpful and kind . High quality breakfast. Comfortable room. Big Parking in the hotel I liked too much
In the last days of 2019 and early 2020 I stayed at the hotel with my family and friends. We all felt welcomed by all the friendly staff who was always attentive to the needs of the guests. Really, all staff from the outside staff to receptionists, waiters, cleaners etc., they were always friendly and hospitable despite the full of guests due to the S. Silvestre Running and the New Year's Eve at Paulista Avenue. The hotel was always clean and in a great location. One negative point I have identified is the little variety menu in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. But the breakfast is of excellent quality with variety of foods. Internet (wifi) presented some moments of instability in the connection. But it's a worthwhile hotel! Highly recommend for short or medium stays.
My room was very noise because the windows were broken and the noise outside was terrible even during night time. I asked for a solution And they put some celo tape in the window in order to “fix” the problem. As everyone can see , This is definitely not a 4 starts hotel. The room service food was nice but The man that brought it was very rood didn’t let me close my door and I wasn’t properly dressed but he keep the door coleta y opens and but his food and arm avoiding me to close it. Very uncomfortable situation. The gym was in construction and the staff didn’t help me to find a Proper solution for the room noise. Not recommended at all.
This is situated close to the main Avenue Paulista and is next door to one of the many hospitals in the area. Staff here speak English and are very helpful. There is a great selection of food for breakfast. Unfortunately the safe in my room did not work.
Yes we had to pay a premium to check in early but they also gave us an upgraded room and breakfast. Clean. Well serviced. Safe. Great housekeeping staff. Even kept our bag in lock up when we went away for a few days and returned to stay again...no question. Would highly recommend this hotel.
