We've stayed for two nights, everything went fine except that on the first night we had a water problem (there wasn't enough pressure to have a shower) and had to go to another room to shower. It was a nuisance, but the staff handled it very well and after our stay I've even received a phone call from the hotel, apologizing for the inconvenience. I don't know if the water problem is recurrent, that's why I gave 4 stars (this time).
I really expected more from the hotel. I made a specific request when booking that they were not able to perform. I just needed two rooms site by side or at least close. I specially liked the anti-COVID measures.
We stayed here with my friends in April. Everything that we can say is the best value in all city. comfy rooms, very clean. The food is nice in the hotel. The staff was super good. The front desk staff are very polite and co operating and trying to help by any mean. Well recommended it!
Booked an executive room (1 king bed) with sofa bed but when checking in the receptionist asked whether I want 2 beds room, but without telling me that would be a superior room with 2 single beds, which was a room category downgrade. Although the price difference was small, I did expected a bigger room. The staff here didn't speak much English.
There weren't any porters in the lobby downstairs to help us carry our stuff. We were in a flight and had to carry a lot from the airport and help at the lobby would have been nice. We have booked three beds for our family but the room and specially the bathroom was too small for three beds. Its space was fit for one to two beds only. Room service was very slow. I appreciate that the people at the front desk were able to speak English, but they always seemed understaff. We were willing to wait however long for ONE drink we ordered when they promised about 20 minutes for a drink, but we were never able to even see the drink come up to our room until we left the hotel. Their elevators are very slow and always full which takes up a lot of the guests' time waiting. Another thing that took a lot of our time and energy was their wifi that was slow and did not want to connect into our room. We had to stand by the elevators to get some wifi and their ports also did not work for charging. Hotels today have USB ports and we did not mind not having them on this one but it was a pain to not have enough working ports because there were three of us. We were also charged three times our actual bill which may have been a computer mistake but it caused us inconvenience - however, this had been given back. We expected more because we have stayed in less expensive hotels in Brazil and we paid more for this hotel but we had terrible experience and had better experience from less expensive hotels nearby!…
The Hotel is very good in term of location and easy access ,close to several nice restaurants and coffee shops such as ( Famiglia Mancini ) . Clean with good atmosphere . The front desk staff are very polite and co operating and trying to help by any mean .. Special thanks to MR Geone for his warm great welcoming and hospitality . Recognition and Honor to Le-Accor members 9 /10 EXCELLENT
Hotel with excellent accommodation and very good staff. excellent breakfast and good accomodations. Location is good but requires attention of the guests. I recommend this hotel mainly for you traveling on business.
The hotel is average, nothing to shout about, just basics in the room but this doesn't include tea or coffee making facilities! The rooms are comfortable size and bathroom too. It's clean and neat and that's it. The breakfast was really not continental or variety. It was the same everyday and very little catered for vegetarian eaters. Even the breads had meat therein in some cases. I thought for a hotel chain of this sort, the breakfast could be far better. Staff at breakfast did not refill food or tea and 2 out of our 3 mornings had no tea. The front desk staff however were friendly and polite. Location is good, a short walk to the metro stop and a small shopping mall.
Staff are avenant and nice, not enough staff someting when its get busy. The amenties are horrible i was here for 5 nights and internet only work 2 nights. Room are clean everydays and they replace everythings if you ask for. A bit nosy ( i could heard my neighbor watching the tv ). Bed was good to sleep but again nothing special. This hôtel doesnt not deserve to be 4 stars.
Very good location near restaurants ans shops. People that work for the hotel are very kind. Parking is expensive and also takes long time to return cars. The food and all the services provided by the hotel are average.
