My partner booked this place, she’s usually very good at hotels, but this time she got this one wrong. Firstly, beggars hanging outside and questionable ladies in the hotel lobby was not a good start. It felt like we had gone back in time to the 70s, nothing felt upgraded or new, but old saggy furniture in the lobby, the same goes for the hotel room. ‘At least there’s a good size bed’ she said. The breakfast was appalling. I was so turned off by the hot options, I had a plate of fruit. Thank God I was here for only one night. They get a star for location.
We only stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel itself is quite decent although the neighborhood didn't look so nice and safe. There is a nearby Starbucks a few blocks away although on the walk there...there were a lot of homeless in the street. Check in was quite fast and the concierge was very helpful. They also asked us to be careful of our belongings when we were outside the hotel. The room was quite spacious for three single beds and very clean. There were multiple sockets beside the bed to plug in your phone. There was a mini fridge and a hair dryer available. Shower was hot. Breakfast was okay - fruits, yogurt, egg, fresh juice and bread. I would recommend the hotel if you want to stay in the area since it was decent, clean and had a friendly staff. It's quite near the center but a good 20-30 minutes via Uber to the upscale areas of Vila Olimpia, Jardins and Ibirapuera. It was pretty okay for the price especially if you're a big group.…
Having travelled for many years to many places, this hotel has the unique distinction of being the worst I've ever experienced. Having been moved from my first room because water drips from a leaking aircon unit kept me awake all night, I have been moved to another - with the same problem!! the response from the hotel..... to attach a tea towel to the unit to soften the sound!!!! I'm in a Brazilian Fawlty Towers - without the humour.
Well, it's a good hotel just for short stay. The breakfast is good, with much options (fruits, yogurt, breads, cereals, etc.). But thinking about the price I expected it would be more comfortable and new (the air conditioner was noisy and was broken). The lunch is expensive. So pick up an Uber and go discover the city (there are many good places to eat). The neighborhood are not so safe. Be aware when walking around! Enjoy, but not for long time!
the hotel is awesome, the staff is awesome, the rooms are great, the food is good, and the value is awesome it is situated in a crappyy hood crowded by crackheads and beggars, some people might not feel safe, but then again, you shouldn't come to brazil in the first place
Nice crew. The bedroom is comfortable but is a smoking hotel. The bedroom is very clean, no noise. The area is central but dangerous at night and at the day need be careful. Excellent price. Breakfast is included.
This excellent hotel is in the city center of São Paulo, near every points to shopping, work, with good trasports (subway, bus, taxi)and friendly staff. Very good service, with a great breakfast. Renovated rooms and very clean.
Friendly staff and very good service. Breakfast average. Nice size room and new renovated. Little bit noisy in the room when you open the window. The staff was very helpful with everything from tips for restaurants to how to get to the destination.
The hotel is in a good location next to Republica metro station, which made it very easy to get to and from the stadium during the World Cup. The reception staff were also very helpful in ordering taxis and getting us to the places that we wished to go. The room itself was very clean and spacious with two single beds and there is complimentary Wifi in the reception area but not in the room. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, as it's very central and easy to get to a number of places including some of the better restaurants, which are a short taxi journey away.
Not my kind of hotel, we arrive with 5 suitcases on a taxi 3 porters wait on the door non of them came forward when we descended the taxi or when we put the suitcases on the pavement when I was paid the taxi fare the porters came to get the suitcases only 4 suitcases end up in front of the reception, No one had see who took my suitcase from in front of them. Reception surveillance video did work and the 2 receptionist didn't see any thing either, it was to fishy and I think one or more of the porters where in this scam. I recommend you pick a different hotel.
