Stayed here in April 2022, before moving to Renaissance. Hotel is i think pretty old (at least the building), but they have taken good care of the property. Apartment was nice and clean. Breakfast was below average. Although breakfast was below average, I would say this hotel offers good value for money
This place is very well situated, has courteous personnel, but needs maintenance. The carpets in the halls and bedrooms need to be changed or substituted for parquet, the air conditioning needs to be cleaned and the bathrooms refitted. I am well aware that the cost of money is prohibitively expensive in BR, and fixed assets need to have a longer useful life in BR, notwithstanding it is absolutely necessary if the place wants to retain its status that the rooms be refitted.
1. Hotel Very dirty 2. Noisy rooms due construction work in the vicinity 3. No restaurant 4. Breakfast served in room but not good 5. Laundry room has dirty machines 6. Hygiene is mediocre 7. Location is nice 8. Staff are nice 9. Area is safe 10. Many restaurants in the vicinity
We stayed there for 3 nights in the most expensive room ,a 3 bedroom penthouse suite. The room was very large and it had 2 balconies. It was clean, but the upholstered furniture was sweat-stained or yellowed and needed to be clean or discarded. The dishwasher was broken and it looked like it has been that way for a long time. Not really appropriate for the cost of this room. The front desk was very helpful except when we wanted a little later checkout for our late international flight. The hotel location is in a residential area with little to do within walking distance. The security was very good with the front doors being locked at night and a full-time doorman to let you in. The included breakfast was good and they even offered omelets made to order which were excellent. Overall a good stay except for a few things mentioned which would have raised their rating. Stayed for three nights for work. Room shows age but it's clean and has all the things you need for short and long term stay complete with kitchen. There is a big supermarket nearby so it could be useful. I had a 'city view' room and attached photos of the view - I don't care too much about the views but if you do, you may want to check.
This place it’s horrible I thought that the service was the best , but I had issues there was no water in the shower and the bathtub was dirty on the floor , and the staff were not too friendly I didn’t welcome they didn’t smile . I called them to fix the problem , the problem was never solved. I will never stay in this place.
I decided to try a different style hotel other than the Renaissance and Westin style hotels. This is a nice hotel in a good location (if you walk up towards the park). All rooms have a kitchen and living room. Good hotel if you are traveling with a family or like to eat / cook in your room. The hotel is showing its age (even though it has been updated) and has so-so AC (doesn't cool down the entire apartment - which to me is a huge negative) with very limited English channels (only two). Good place to stay long term (more than a few days) when on a budget. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Awesome internet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pet and family (small children) friendly. I found many nice little boutique restaurants within walking distance. Definitely worth a stay. Price is economical compared to all the other premium chain hotels.…
We stayed at the hotel for 6 days (room 1101) - and our overall experience was simply delightful! First of all, the price / quality ratio is the best. The view from our room had its character - we could see the neighborhood's skyline from our balcony (loved it!). The kitchen was very decent and the "office space" was separated from the sleeping area. Everything in the room was clean and appliances worked well. The bed was very comfortable; the big closet and extra shelves were a big plus. Oh, and breakfast was top notch! As some people mentioned here, usually the team served the same or similar dishes every day. But we didn't mind at all! The variety was great. I think I didn't even try every option offered during our stay. The food and drinks were delicious. But what made our experience even more pleasant were the people who work at the hotel. The whole team was simply stellar. Everyone from the front desk, kitchen, bar, valet parking, and housekeeping teams was so polite and so friendly. We felt very welcomed and we would definitely come back to this hotel again in the future as well as we will recommend the place to our friends. Thank you again for your hospitality!…
I stayed at Marriot Executive Apartments for an extended week-end (Thursday to Sunday) and I was quite happy with the proposal: a nice little apartment a Queen bed, spacious desk, living area, practical kitchen space, a good bathroom. There is a little restaurant where breakfast is served. All this at a reasonable price. The neighbourhood is nice and safe with ample offer of shops and restaurants. Reasonably close from Congonhas airport (20 minutes). Staff is helpful. Worth noting that there are larger apartments (2 bedrooms and more). Points to improve - the bathroom appears to be a bit "used" with maintenance works that left some traces. The corridor in the 9th floor also deserves a little refreshment (paint) . It would be nice if one could adjust the air conditioner temperature and fan speed…
Stayed here overnight on way to cruise. Great staff and nice hotel. Clean and kitchen was nice for heating up our food. Breakfast was good. Didn’t have chance to use the pool. Wifi was good didn’t have a problem. Lots of towels in bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Couch was small more of loveseat not that comfortable.
