The hotel is in a lovely location with a department store around the corner and Paulista Ave walking distance. It was a comfortable stay and the staff was helpful, friendly and spoke English. Most importantly, we felt safe and secure through our stay.
Hotel rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Not large but what you need at a fair price.
Breakfast was great, the staff in the restaurant really helpful and they even have omelets made to order at no added cost.

Hotel itself is a bit old fashioned, our room on 14th floor was facing the next building's wall and was quite dark. Also it smelled strongly of cleaning liquids....More
I have stayed here twice now. It's ideal for me, visiting on business, but also for those wishing to see São Paulo as a tourist. It's situated in the Jardins neighbourhood, which is a safe one! The hotel is small (boutique) so doesn't have masses...More
Rooms are small. Exercise area and sauna work. Casual restaurant on premises with many excellent venues with walking distance. Amenities and wifi included

Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find
a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
