Really nothing wrong with this place and they keep it really clean. Rooms are big and comfortable. Plumbing is dodgy but that's a national pastime it seems. Breakfast on the top floor was really nice too - a great surprise. Defy a cut above the average for the back packer community.

Got a good deal on this guest house as walk-ins in the low season. Room was ok, good AC, and pretty clean, although the sheets weren't the best (probably down to the very brown water in Bagan). Room was quite noisy as we were on the front and many locals go out to work in the fields around 5am. Breakfast...

I went here in the Christmas holiday, as a result the price is high ($30/single room). It was the most expensive hostel in my Myanmar trip. I arrived in Bagan from Inle lake about 4:00 AM and took a taxi to Innwa. The servers here were quite good, they told I could early check-in about 10:00 AM after I visited...

Staff are very helpful and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Good location as well, comfortably within walking distance of central Rangoon. We even got hand made luggage tags as souvenirs! Would definitely stay there again.

Inn Wa Guesthouse is at a good location, offering clean rooms in different price ranges. We stayed in the cheapest one, meaning we were close to the main road, but the noise was not disturbing at all. The breakfast is served at the top of the house, with a nice view. The food itself was the best breakfast we ate...

This guesthouse is well located, the room are very cleaned and big. I gave my laundry there and it came up very clean and ironed for a very cheap price... The staff is very friendly and always keen to help... The only issue is the WIFI... you can unfortunately not rely on it..

Inn Wa Guest House was very clean. I was sharing with 2 friends and the room was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast on the room was great (although one of our group would have liked fillings in the omelet). Good location as well - can walk everywhere and plenty of bike rental places nearby....

We stayed just one night, and booked the previous day, since we had changed our itinerary. We paid 56$ for a double room, and I guess that was the price range for the area. The room was not that big but clean, and good beds and AC. The bathroom was big, and looked like it had been renovated recently. Breakfast...
