Superb venue, great food and services. Staff and management are fantastic. I was really happy finishing our trip of 21 days with Alto Atacama. The best place in Atacama for sure. We as a family Loved it !!! Thank you For the designer of the hotel not the best venue in the world but very good for Chile.

A memorable stay in a hotel that seemed at one with its environment. Food and fine Chilean wines on the all inclusive packages were truly excellent. Our room with its view over the quirky gardens to the red cliffs beyond was a very private world. We enjoyed our chats with the Botanist/Landscape Architect who designed the gardens and to whom...

Friendly staff, great food, interesting and varied range of tours with guides and vehicles provided by the hotel. Fine Chilean wines were served with the food. Our room was spacious and opened into a garden of native plants. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

What they say is true. This is a beautiful place with attentive, friendly service. We spent four nights, lined up a full itinerary of excursions on arrival, and loved every one of them. We only wished we had booked another day so as to work in a couple more. The food is good (if not superb) and carefully presented. The...

We spent 5 nights at the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The food accommodation and service were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who took great care to tailor excursions to our requirements. This was all inclusive to a luxurious standard. The trips into the high Andes were just spectacular.

We spent five nights at Alto Atacama and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is beautiful and fits perfectly into the landscape. Food is very good, but the best is the people. The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They anticipate to any need you may have. The tour guides are also great. It is worth every penny.

My son and I stayed at Alto Atacama in Feb. We loved every minute and every detail. The desert architecture, the natural aesthetic, the setting were all incredible. The staff were very personal and made us feel incredibly welcome and at home, in an impeccable but relaxed kind of way. The excursions were brilliant, loved it all! Highly recommend!! Unable...

We spent 4 nights, all-inclusive at the Alto Atacama and while the weather was not perfect, the staff and guides provided service above and beyond. We were there during the unprecedented rains with many excursions closed and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure our trip was still fantastic. The amenities at the hotel were amazing and the rooms were...

The pueblo style room was really nice. The service was perfect from the tour guides to the restaurant waitstaff. The food was really good but only the daily special changed. A few more choices would be helpful. The size of the hotel was small enough that one would be able to meet other guests easily. The tables in the restaurant...

I had a wonderful stay at the Alto Atacama, the accommodation was unique relaxing and impressive. The tours were very well organised and had quides that were knowledgeable, friendly and also spoke English. The lodge staff could not have been any more friendly, professional or helpful, I had lost my phone/camera at airport, the reception did everything they could to...
