I loved the look of this resort, however, I wouldn't recommend staying here. During my stay, there were crumbs left in the bed and the sheets hadn't been changed. I notified the front desk and NOTHING was done to correct this issue. I expected more and am very DISAPPOINTED.

The resort and golf course is definitely a bucket list item! Golf course and resort are 5 stars***** We have been fishing Weiss Lake, AL for the past 18 springs and this spring our golf segment stayed overnight at this castle of a resort. The breakfast buffet, rooms, service, and bar lounge with Kelsey (the bar tender) blew our minds...

Greg N from Calgary, Wow-somebody pinch me. We're so happy that you enjoyed the resort while you were here playing golf and enjoying yourself. Comparing our fabulous course to Cog Hill is a very nice compliment as well. I've played that course and it's tremendous. With our course over 8,200 yards from the tips, we are the fourth longest course...

I've been to many lounges and bars at hotels over the course of 2 decades of business and pleasure travel and I can say the service delivered by Kristina and Kelsey ranks nears the top. My brothers and I were there for 6 days and we visted Kristina and Kelsey in the lounge on 4 or 5 of those days...

I wanted to do something for daughter's spring break without leaving town. Decided to take her to Ross Bridge to spend a day/ night. Arranged for early arrival with Marriott's mobile check-in service. Was very surprised to receive a notification at about 9:30 that morning stating that my room key was ready. We weren't quite ready to head to the...

This was the first place me and my wife went 6 months after having our first child. Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Booked my wife a day at the spa she got a regular massage, pedicure, manicure, & facial. In her opinion was no better than cheaper spas...

Dear Bccahc, First and foremost, Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! As this is a very special occasion for you, we are deeply sorry that we didn't make the experience the memorable one that it should have been while you were here. As a local resident, getting away at the Renaissance at Ross Bridge is a sweet treat to yourself and not far from home. The comfort of the rooms and the amenities are always enjoyable. We enjoyed a couples spa on our visit that was very relaxing...ordered room service which is always very tasty. The balcony outside the room is quiet,...

Traveled to this destination for work meeting. Porsche was having a meeting here too. Bagpipe man was great. Live music by the pool. (Could have had more seating.) Lobby was beautiful. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was wonderful!! Separate cost for wi-fi was crazy for such a nice hotel - major draw back.

You will enjoy this resort, whether you golf or not. I checked in a little early forgetting I was in the Central Time Zone, but Morgan at the front desk took care of me with a smile. I told her my room preferences and she found a great room for me where I desired. The room had a balcony view...

We were looking for a haven from the big snow storm that hit the south during our road trip across the southwest and found this resort where we stayed to let the storm pass. We were charmed by the architecture - didn't really expect a Scottish castle in the deep south. The hotel is located in a development in the...
