Delete Confirm Cancel There is no safe, but the apartment has a proper door lock. I don't know of a money changing place in Cavtat. There are plenty of ATMs.

There is no safe, but the apartment has a proper door lock. I don't know of a money changing place in Cavtat. There are plenty of ATMs.
As for the "scary looking walk down", are you referring to the apartments staircases (they are standard staircases), or the walk to the old town? The walk to the old town is down a steeper hill. The shortcut via the stairs was under construction in April 2017. The road is fairly easy to walk.
