I would say it is like a conférence place hotel and the rooms are simple and spaces. This hotel is easily accessible as it is next to the entrance/exit of one (out of twos). Very convenient! The hotel is surrounded by the national Park and you can take a stroll and walk around the park anytime that you want. There... More

The location is why you should stay at this hotel. We were able to eat breakfast and walk out the door, and in just a few minutes we were at the entrance of the park. We bought our tickets and got on the boat that goes across the lake to the upper falls. There were only four of us on... More

The hotel is OK but not special unless you like pink tiles in the bath! Noise transfers all too well in the hall and bathroom pipes. But he location is special, and you get a private balcony to sit out and enjoy the birds, trees and fresh air (hope your neighbor is not out for a smoke). You can walk... More

Sadly this hotel which is ideally situated, did not match its excellent location. No safe, no kettle, no tissues and the smallest shower I have seen. Poor food choices at Breakfast, but the dinner was OK.

Stayed here just one night as part of a two-week tour of Croatia, so can't really speak to value for money since I don't know what it cost. But for a place built during the Tito era, it was surprisingly comfortable. Had a nice room with a comfortable bed and a great balcony that opened on to the forest. Bathroom... More

This hotel is ideally situated to visit the upper reaches of the Plitvices lakes and to catch a boot across. The food is good, nice variety, however it is mass produced. No lavish trimmings. Breakfast average. This is an old hotel from the communistic era, and the rooms are small with no luxuries like kettles ans safes.

Waking up in the morning and starting our fabulous day at the park 200 meters from the hotel lobby is priceless. The hotel itself is clean and well kept but somewhat shabby. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. The views from the balcony of the west looking rooms is mesmerizing.

The hotel is perfectly located near entrance 2 of Plitvice Park. The hotel itself is a bit old fationed. No safe in the room, No spare outlet to charge the many devices we all have. Breakfast doesnt have to many choices and it's quite standard. You pay the extra price just for the location.

We were in Croatia last week and were so looking forward to seeing Plitvice Lakes, however the weather turned out to be very cold and wet. This wasn't too much of a problem but we were looking forward to a HOT shower and HOT food from the Hotel. When we finished the walk all cold and wet and finally at... More

We came here with a tour group for the great location, not the decor, which is a throwback to the past. But the scenic view from our room's balcony was lovely, as it was from the dining terrace. We had lunch at the bar, and while the choices were few, we all agreed the sandwiches were so fresh at a... More
