Such a lovely location! The hotel, however, was very basic. Tired furnishings and bare bathroom. Supper was delicious, but it was an assembly line with 11 tour groups trying to eat at the same time. Breakfast was a madhouse.

Location is everything with this hotel. It is 100m from the #2 Entrance to the amazing Plitvice Lakes - a highlight of our Croatian holiday. Designed to accommodate the extensive numbers arriving by coach ( and there are multitudes of tourists)! Every aspect is to accommodate these huge numbers. Staff were mainly pleasant - don't try ordering at the bar!...

The hotel caters for a large number of buses and is typical of a hotel of this type. The meal area seems to be separated for bus groups and non bus groups. Having said all that it is ideally located just a short walk to the lakes - which are a must in Croatia. The lakes and waterfalls more then...

This hotel is not the best I have ever slept in, its even not in the top 50! But the location makes everything worth while. In the backyard of the hotel is entrance 2 of the plitvice lakes. And that is a stunning sight! From the balcony you can hear the waterfalls. The hotel has been built somewhere in the...

The hotel seemed vast at first glance, with a fairly confusing layout, although once we realised that it was in lettered blocks it made more sense. It is a classic, now somewhat elderly tourist hotel. The staff were helpful and efficient but dealing with large numbers of people. We ate in the hotel each night despite having a bed and...

Very good place to use as a base from which to visit the magnificent lakes and waterfalls of the Plitvice National Park the entrance to which is just a couple of minutes' stroll away. A clean, classic hotel that is still perfectly serviceable with breathtaking views from some of the rooms (we had one of these) to the forested hills...

Great location for the National Park but front desk staff was rude, hotel was old as the water in the shower was slow to go down and breakfast buffet was less than average at best. Hotel staff should consider language when communicating with those from other parts of the world. The choice is great location vs the other alternatives!

The Jezero is not new but it is clean and perfectly serviceable for anyone visiting the lakes area. The staff are friendly and professional, breakfast and dinner was great. Wifi is available and free. You won't want to stay all day in this hotel as there are so many things outside to see, but it is a great place to...

A great place to stay. Only 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel to start your journey through the magnificent Plitvice Lakes. This is a grand hotel from yesteryear. It may be a bit dated but it's easy to see how grand it would have been and, in many ways, still is. Our room was very spacious, as is the entire...

There is a souvenir shop inside the hotel as well. Restaurant serves very good food but bit expensive. I think this is the best place if you want to be the first guest to the...
