Pluses + Big, Nice 3 Star hotel + Big clean and Wide lobby + Nice design with big glass walls and Windows + 60mbps internet wifi free of charge but without security + Very good food at the restaurant with lots of dishes that were changed everyday + Big wardrobe with lot of shelves + Live music, games night, kids play, animation + Baby pool + Park for kids + Pool Minuses - Our room was near the kitchen ventilator that worked non-stop (noise) - The cleaning of our room was very poor; in our opinion the staff never vaccumed our room during our stay (8 days) the carpet in the common areas was vacuumed daily and was 10 times cleaner than the carpet in our room; the staff changed our towels and some parts of the bathroom, changed the sheets of the beds after 3 days and that was all; the door of one of the wardrobes had some liquids spots on it (and was left that way); the balcony door had a spider and a spiderweb on it (not cleaned for a looooong time) - After 6 days the bathroom drain started to smell in a bad way (in the seventh day the bad smell disappeared - In the last night our room lost electricity at about 10pm and it went back 10 minutes before the checkout, so we couldn't shower in the dark and without ventilator (not a very good think going on a 1000km road trip without a shower); i complained but the did nothing until 8 am (too late). All in all I would give an 8 out of 10 for this hotel. Maybe next time we will choose another one, like Molindrio where we stayed 3 years ago in the same area that is better, or Parentium.

We went in September 2019 and have been waiting to review this hotel as we have been in dispute with JET2 over compensation (which we eventually received) for no hot water in our room for the first three 3 days of our holiday. We asked to be moved every day and were lied to and fobbed off by the Reception Manager and his unhelpful and miserable staff. On the 4th day we were to a new room where the water was hot. There were many problems with this hotel as follows, the majority of the staff were very sad looking and did not want to talk to us, we mentioned this to the manager and he said he had many complaints about his staff's attitude, also the staff's accommodation is above the main entrance and whenever we entered the hotel there were staff hanging out of their balconies smoking, which was very offputting and not very nice to see certainly not a welcoming site as you enter the hotel. To enter the two swimming pools areas you had to walk through a 4 meter square area of 6 inch deep water or negotiate a very thin ledge to go round the water which most people did which was very dangerous. All the sunbeds were hard white plastic no sunbed covers, most keen sunbathers like ourselves had to go and buy sunbed covers and the majority of the other guests did the same, the most you could last out on the hard white plastic sunbeds was about 10 minutes. The food was geared up for Germans, Russians and Polish guests, fish cooked whole and completely tasteless, frankfurters, etc,etc the list is endless but favouring the East Europeans this hotel is not suitable for British people or Western Europeans. I have reviewed many hotels all over the world this is the worst one I have ever stayed in I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. As the wife, I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The food was very poor, our room 67 was in the basement, it was cold and dark and no hot water for 3 days. It was the first time in my life that I wanted to come home after the first day, thank goodness we were only there a week. For the above reasons we can only give this hotel 1 star.

A big, luxurious hotel in the beautiful Budva. The hotel was big and 2 minutes from the sea front. It hosted a Balkan night on our visit and for €15 per person you could have unlimited drinks all evening. For such a big hotel the WiFi was rubbish, coming and going all the time. This was a problem in a non EU country where you are reliant on WiFi to keep in contact with family. This hotel had wonderful breakfasts, with a chef cooking pancakes and waffles to order.... heaven!

This hotel is ideally positioned- couple of restaurants nearby but a beautiful 20 minute walk along the sea front brings you to the stunning town of Porec with plenty of restaurants and shops. The building is surrounded by woods and the natural coastline and walks to the left made you feel that you were staying in a hotel - lakeside and to the right towards Porec - town based. Two resorts on one👍 Bedrooms are kept spotless and lovely and modern, not much storage space. No drawers to store clothing. You do have to pay a few pounds for a fridge and safe but worth it.Appox £50 for the two for 10 nights Only problem that the fridge did not fit into the unit provided so it had to stand on the floor- not ideal. We had a balcony room on the second floor overlooking the park and it was so peaceful. I am pleased we didn’t book the sea view room as not only was the view limited, but your balcony overlooked the pool so not much privacy if you wanted to sit out. Reception and public rooms were very impressive as soon as you walk into the foyer you get the quality resort feeling. Lovely bar area outside but have to say this was understaffed and service suffered at busy times. Half board plus - as expected- food choice was good but a bit repetitive, never went hungry 😋 Added bonus - Great to have the choice of wine and beer with your meals. This hotel is rated ad a 3+* I think the facilities and standard should make it a 4* We would gladly return to both Porec and this hotel.
