#6 of 26 in Rovinj
A historic building in a cobblestone street leading to the church of St Euphemia and steps away from Rovinj's main square has been carefully renovated and transformed into a charming small hotel, where traditional features are combined with up to date facilities to ensure a unique and comfortable stay. The seamless blend of tradition and modernity is accented throughout the hotel, which boasts finely restored antique furniture, centuries old stone walls and exposed beams, as well as wi fi and air conditioning. Sumptuous breakfast is served on the shaded patio behind the hotel and in the stone-paved reception and lounge area; at night this turns into a lounge bar where guests can have a quick drink or sample wines from our small but well-stocked wine cellar and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Our 23 standard rooms, three family rooms and one suite are decorated in tranquil earthy tones, with elegant wrought iron beds, yet each is one of a kind, with hand-picked antique wardrobes and dressers. All rooms have modern en suite bathrooms with bathtubs or showers, air-conditioning and free wi fi.

We spent three days at the hotel. We were welcomed by a very nice receptionist, who picked us up a the hotels private parking. the hotel is situated in the old part of Rovinj, it is very tasteful decorated. We stayed in the top room on the forth floor with sea-view- The hotel offers a very nice breakfast buffet. The team is great, they try to help at all times, finding excursions, their restaurant recommendations were excellent. We shall come again!

Once again iam in angelo d'Oro . In the nice part of the old town .the hotel with quiet elegance .fantastic and friendly staff.the bedrooms have all modern hotel facilities. Breakfast has a large selection.and in fine weather this can be taken on the beautiful upstairs terraces. If you like the smaller type of hotel where you are made to feel a special guest.this is the hotel for you.

We only stayed one night in this hotel but loved it. It is in the old town of Rovinj, but parking is available, and staff collect you from the car park. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated, and everything is well thought out. Breakfast was in the dining room when we visited, but there is a garden terrace for warmer mornings. The range and quality of food on the buffet was great. In many places there is a huge range, but I am only tempted by a small percentage of it; here, I could have eaten all of it (and everything I tried was delicious). Staff too were very helpful. If you want to stay in Rovinj, you could not do better.

Spent one night here whilst visiting (beautiful)Rovinj. Thank goodness for sat nav to find parking area from where we were shuttled in golf type buggy to accommodation. Was already in love with the town by time we arrived at hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room slightly small but was fine. No view as such. Mininbar not cold but quickly got sorted by staff although it took overnight to chill. Very helpful map with many useful tips given to us and we were off and away!! Recommend Mediterranean bar which has seats down close to the rocks/sea. (See pic) Better value it seems than Valentino bar just along the same stretch. Lots to see! You’ll love it!! Breakfast very nice too!

Excellent location, everything is nearby. Large and quite rooms (only AC was a bit loud). Parking is outside but hotel stuff is picking you up by golf car. Breakfast is really nice and in a cosy garden.
