This hotel is located in a great part of town, very close to the market. The rooms are clean and nice; it is not particularly special, but they were good to stay in for the location. The staff is nice and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit.

The hotel is close to the Indian market, which was our main consideration. The young man (Jairo?) at the desk spoke very good English, was remarkably patient & helpful. The masseuse was highly skilled. Cafe breakfasts were ample & delicious. Cons: The shower area was a bit moldy and could have used some bleach & some grout work. There was... More

We have been travelling for several months and this hotel was a nice surprise. The hotel is immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful. The courtyard is lovely and they even have a hot tub and games room. We booked a room in the back so it was very quiet and the beds are fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel... More

family run establishment located in central Otavalo, near the 2 main squares and Saturday markets. Our rooms were very clean, hot water available for showering, free WiFi, staff was helpful and friendly, great affordable pricing for rooms, complimentary breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very well situated round the corner from 2 of the main squares and the Saturday markets. The rooms all look out on a central courtyard and although you can open the window it feels like you're inviting everyone into the room! You therefore end up in a very stuff, dark room. I also got bitten a couple... More

In a central location, family management, very clean and silent, shower with hot water, excelent breakfast included, good service, fast free internet service, smiling treatement. A little expensive compared to competitors. Don't make confusion with Indio Hostal manages by the same family but pretty cheap.

The location is at the center of the town. Close to the Otavalo market. Clean and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that the electric outlets in the room were all blocked. So I had to unplug the TV power code to charge my phones. Perhaps, the hotel wanted to save on electricity bill at the cost of... More

Right in town, close to everything and the service was great. The rooms were fairly clean and the breakfast we pretty good. WiFi worked great. Water pressure could have be a little better. Enjoyable stay.

Located at the very centre Otavalo, even though it's a very small city and you won't need anything but a walk to reach your location inside of the city. Basic, but good enough. Amenities given and clean. Food was very nice.

I worked in Ecuador years ago and have been back often to visit. We used to stay at resorts that catered to locals at bargain prices. But with Ecuador's conversion to the US dollar, they have raised their prices to first-world levels geared to foreign tourists, defeating the purpose for us of vacationing in the third world. My cousin had... More
