We stayed here 3 nights and were happy during this time (the hotel is clean and the staff seems nice). The last day, we did go out only 1 hour in the morning (to see the animals market), came back, took our luggages and took the bus for Latacunga. In the bus, we saw that the memory cards of our...

We stayed one night on the main floor by the breakfast bar. Dark room. Wood floors made for noisy movement in the room. Bathroom ventilation goes straight to the eating area. Great hot water! Breakfast redeemed my disappointment with a very good breakfast complete with a drip of yoghurt over fresh fruit. Fresh bread, scrambled eggs and a tepid but...

Having read some of the recent good reviews on the Acoma Hotel, I have to wonder if they stayed at the same place. We were there on the last night of a three week tour around Ecuador that ended in mid-June. While there were some good things about the Acoma, our room was terrible. Let’s start with the good. The...

The hotel, with its bright and original facade, is completely managed by nice and helpful members of the local community and it offers many comfortable rooms for a reasonable price. It's located a few hundreds meters from the city centre, Plaza de Ponchos, where a small handicraft market is present every day, besides the saturday feria, or big market. Laundry...

Very clean and quiet and friendly. Well located ( one block from the market square and three from the central plaza). Simple, but good breakfast with eggs and fruits t, all in all it is extremely good value. Recomended

Stayed here one night to go see the market- great location. Clean and very friendly, breakfast was very simple but very well prepared? The fresh fruit salad with yogurt was so fresh and delicious. Reasonable rates- try to go to the animal market which is a small can ride away, great experience to see this live action.

I stayed here one night when my initial choice could not put me up for the three nights requested. Hotel Acoma was their suggested alternative. I stopped in the day before check in to request an early (noon) check in so I didn't have to deal with luggage between hotels. It is located two blocks from Plaza del Ponchos but...

Great, quiet accommodation very near the Plaza de Ponchos. So convenient for bopping in and out of town. Plus they let me use my room until 7pm on my date of departure without paying extra! They serve breakfast as early as you want.

We stayed overnight at the Acoma and were pleasantly surprised. The location couldn't be more convenient for stepping out and going one street to the right where the big market kicks into gear on Saturday mornings. The breakfast was terrific as was the woman who served it. Our room was medium-sized - less and it would be too small. The...

Stayed here a few days not glamours but very clean and the owners could not do enough for you. When you get up in the morning for your coffee the girl makes you a fresh breakfast. You are about 2blocks from the large artisan markets and plenty of good restaurants. They scheduled a ride back to the Quito airport for...

Acoma Hotel provides guests with delightful rooms and a comfortable, friendly environment, while attentive staff - many of whom are family members - offer excellent service. The hotel is housed in a restored, three-story building which, with its dark wooden finishings, Andean touches and colonial construction, combines traditional and modern decor. Numerous large windows allow in plenty of light.
