Came for a week with my partner, never been to Egypt before so wasn’t sure what to expect with some of the reviews but I could honestly say it was an amazing holiday everyone made us feel welcome, the bar staff were so nice and was alway bringing us drinks round, the pools were clean and so many sunbeds so never had an issue to find one, entertainment team kirsten and Emma, were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces they persuaded me to join in on the activities which I never do on holidays, evening entertainment was hit and miss they had shows in the evening but the bigger shows/events were held in the beach hotel which isn’t far to go, rooms are very nice and spacious and house keeping to an amazing job with the towel art and keeping our room clean.

Had a very nice stay here at the park hotel, many things do to the jetty was a nice walk to see the fish, the beach isn’t to far from the park hotel, food was nice always found something, bar staff are friendly always smiling, entertainment was 2 girls Kirsten and Emma, nice girls always laughing and joking and asking us to join in with activities I played darts a few times, in the evening they had dance shows at the reception area although this area could do with being bigger with more tables, but all in all a very good holiday and nice hotel.

We can evaluate our stay at the Jaz Mirabel Park hotel very well. The room was cleaned by the friendly Ibrahim and surprised us every day with its cleanliness and wonderful compositions. The food was varied and tasty. The service was nice and very helpful. We are very pleased with our stay.

I arrived at Jaz Mirabel in September with my friends and I must admit we had an absolutely amazing time here. It had everything we could wish for: tasty food, welcoming staff, large well-kept green area. A pier was already opened so we really enjoyed the sight of the sea life. The room was cleaned every day but to be honest mostly we spent our time with entertainment team which literally never let us get bored. They organized different activities like water polo and aqua gym, stretching and yoga both on the beach and at the swimming pool. Their parties , discos and evening shows were fantastic and I will never forget them! Just every member of the entertainment team was extremely friendly, energetic and cheerful, I was very impressed when I met Michael Jackson for the first time (thank you , Tiko, you’re undoubtedly talented!) I can’t wait to arrange the stay at Jaz Mirabel one more time and I can definitely recommend it to everyone …

This is the worst stay I have had in Sharm El Sheikh in twenty years, and even the worst stay I have ever had in Egypt. We made our reservation with Booking at Jaz Resort, and we were surprised when we arrived that the reservation was at Jaz Park, not Jaz Resort, and there are three jaz resorts in one place. First, cars are parked at Jaz Resort only. The beach is also at Jaz Resort, so you need a golf car to go there in both cases because they are a long distance away, especially the beach, and we received a promise from the reception staff that golf cars are available at any time, and this is not true. The waiting period for the golf car exceeds 30 minutes each time and when and some time they did not come at all The receptionist will tell you that they are in maintenance The number of golf cars in the three resorts is only 3. The jetty is not working in a maintenance also , and therefore the beach is not working, and you have to use the jetty of the Alcazar Hotel, which is three hotels away, a distance of no less than 2 kilometers, you must walk on your feeto go there. The swimming pools are old and the water is not pure. They need to be renovated and filtered. The three resorts not worth even half the value of the money paid for them. What is good the restaurant and the stuff .. do not go there you will regrett .. we paid 600 $ in 4 days in the hotel and i have to go to public beach ⛱️ every day .. !! …

Just arrived home from a weeks stay in Jaz Mirabel Park. Weather was absolutely amazing! The hotel was great, rooms were cleaned daily - on the first day the housekeeper didn't come to clean our room until 6:40pm but once asked to clean in a morning they were happy to do this. The food was adequate, not enough utensils out for each dish and a member of my party was a vegetarian and when requesting pasta staff used a utensil which had been used for meat was used to serve her pasta.. However the A la carte restaurants were amazing and the food was delicious. The food is probably the only thing I could complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive - most of the time I would not need to leave my sun bed to get a drink. Entertainment at the hotel were incredible. Entertainment was all throughout the day and night. We attended the pool party and beach party which were great and so much fun! Egyptian night was another one of our favourites. The animation team were so friendly and would regularly come around to inform you of the evening events. They were great to watch on stage and always went out of their way for guests. Once entertainment at the resort had finished around 11:30pm the animation team would take you out to a club if wished and they really looked after you while there. Emma from the animation team was fantastic and we could not fault her. She checked in with us daily and always ensure we were enjoying our time there. I would 100% return to this hotel and have even enquired about working over there next year! …

good helpful staff and good overall hotel. the jetty was not working during our stay. the aqua park is nice and pooles are good. food is avarage and staff ate helpful. I would reccommend the hotel if you like calm good experience

Two weeks at the Jaz Mirabel Park and Beach Hotel made our first visit to Egypt amazing! We felt very welcome by all the staff at the hotel from reception to the restaurants and lifeguards. The entertainment staff were fabulous, welcoming and always there for anything you might need, the evening shows (dance shows, pool party, beach party and so much more) and entertainment were so good and the activity programme had something for everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and our housekeeper Ahmed made our room special, with sculptures from towels on our bed everyday and providing anything we needed. We will definitely be returning and would not hesitate in recommending the Jaz Mirabel Park and Beach Hotel.

Lovely clean hotel, staff can't do enough for you. Food generally good and the chefs are happy to cook something if you are struggling with the all inclusive style options. The pool at the park Hotel with a pool bar next to it was fab. Music, drink delivery to your tables. My 15 year old struggled in the day with not much to do but loved the evening entertainment and dancing with the team at the end of the night. Entertainment team is small but engaging and very hard working.

Amazing holiday to jaz mirabel, the hotel it’s self is a very nice clean hotel the grounds are always kept tidy, room was clean and our housing keeping was very friendly and always made towel art. entertainment team was great and done their best to keep the guests entertained with waterpolo and aqua gym, they also made sure we was kept up to date with everything going on, evening entertainment the beach party was a good hit! My kids loved the fire show and the dancing with the team! Food was a hit and miss but always found something to eat for all, bar staff around the pool were great always up for a laugh and joke. Overall an amazing holiday and would defiantly recommend this hotel!
