We stayed a couple of days and had a great time. The views are stunning and the pool is lovely. The room was the best we've stayed in all trip- huge, tastefully decorated and stunning view (definitely worth the extra 10 dollars). The steak is excellent and the house speciality. We got a lift back to San Salvador with some...

The owners have gone beyond incorporating and preserving heritage through out the hotel. The pool was large and clean on our visit. We opted for the room with view and we were not dissapointed. The room included breakfast and everyone was very welcoming~ we will return! This is not a 5 star hotel but i give it a 5 for...

Didn't stay at the hotel but came here to cool off in the pool. It's $3,50 per person to use the pool but it's totally worth it on a hot day. There is a great view over the mountains and the lake both from the pool and from the terrace of the restaurant. Everything on the menu is a bit...

It is a lovely place in Suchitoto in El Salvador, great service and food. The town itself is amazing, very interésting after surviving civil war at El Salvador. Higly recommended. There is a guided Tour to know more about the site.

This was my third and final hotel in El Salvador and was absolutely my favourite. From the moment you enter El Tejado you can instantly understand the rave reviews. The communal areas of the properties are completely picturesque and have panoramic views across the lake area and a delightful refreshing breeze. The pool is a perfect cool temperature and a...

I had 2 nights here. It is a bit o a walk from the centre. I could not get a tuk tuk the first time but did later on. Had a nice dinner and got up to watch the sunrise. Breakfast was a choice of a few items. There was no buffet perhaps because of few guests. I walked into...

We stayed here for three nights including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. The rooms are very large, well appointed, and clean. The staff was very good tending to our group day and night. The breakfasts were great- fruit yogurt, and granola followed by eggs or pancakes. The view over the lake is sublime and it's an easy walk...

I didn't stay here but as an avid world traveler and consultant, they kindly gave me a grand tour of the facilities while I was visiting the #3 site in El Salvador, Suchitoto and I was impress. The rooms come with double beds and a balcony with view of Lake Suchitlan. There is a large pool area with a patio...

... with tons of HOT water, friendly staff and a great king bed in room 3. A good value. The pool looked delightful and was sparkling clean. Nice view from the restaurant where the food was fine and good value but not exciting (so it was great for El Salvador!) We saved $10 and went for a room on the...

Loved everything about it. The rooms were 60 for a normal one and 75 with balcony and view over the lake. The are huge, clean, good beds, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Didnt eat there but suppose its good as well.
