One of the best places to stay in Bhuj. With all the luxury they offer, The staff is very friendly, Mr. Asid and Mr. Pritam make my checking very smooth . All that I can say is they make sure that every guest is satisfied with their services. Mr. Druv and Mr. Roshan were very polite and professional and they offered food is really above expectation, by the main credit goes to cheff don't know the name of cheff.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location of the Bhuj.
I was greeted warmly by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel's facilities were impressive, and I was particularly impressed with the fitness center and outdoor pool, which were well-maintained.
The hotel offers a variety of so many foods, each with its own unique atmosphere and delicious cuisine. Mr. Shubham , Mr. Shiva they were very professional in their services very decent while serving us, particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured an extensive spread of Indian and international dishes.

One of the worst properties that I’ve ever stayed at. I expected it to be much better property given the reviews and pricing. Reasons mentioned below:
- To start with they asked us to produce our marriage certificate as my wife has not changed her surname post marriage. They were not allocating us a room without it, thankfully I had a photo of the certificate. Mind you I’m well above 40s! . The hotel voucher did not mention this clause as well.
- The property was really unclean with dust and used tissues lying all over the property. Same was the condition of the room - glasses unclean, faucets not functioning properly, floor not.
- Now comes the worse part, service. The staff was rude and not trained to handle customers. We faced issues with Tv remote and it took them 3 phone calls and 60 minutes to attend to it. Same was the case for baggage handling.
- Simplest of the things were not in working conditions e.g all remote were with dead batteries.
- The only saving grace was the restaurant staff who were very prompt in service.
Pls don’t stay here as it’s not value for money and nowhere close to the pictures shown on internet.

This pandemic has changed everything,perception about hotel, cleanliness,food, safety, courteous staff etc. But hygiene and sanitation is playing pivotal roles now a days.
The moment i entered into the Hotels, my luggage was sanitized,I crossed check my room it was thoroughly sanitized, food they offered in room service, being a business traveler i found very safe. Food was delicious.
The person who serve food was keeping all the safety measured.

The hotel entrance is amazing, and when I entered, I felt happy. All the staff provide impeccable service. The hotel is clean, stylish, and welcoming, with excellent swimming pool facilities. The gym facility is also great. The food is delicious and of excellent quality. The rooms are well-organized and comfortable, and I am extremely satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The hotel is absolutely mismanaged and is in a state of shambles. The rooms are pathetic and in sync with everthing else at the hotel including the food as well as the service. The basics, including the quality of water in the washrooms is way below basic hygenic standards. The staff at the hotel seem unqualified for the job at hand and are always in a state of confusion.
The amenities like the pool and the game room are in run down state with everything falling apart.
