I think recently the hotel managemnet changed. Pathetic service. No option for food. They dont even have milk. They have a big menu and nothing was available. U have to eat what they give. Far away from munnar town. They say 15 mins from town...More
If you have time to enjoy the nature then its a good place to stay. Away from city madness. Staffs are helpful and responsive. I booked a suite room. All looked good, Overall a good experience. You can see some animals near the resort area.

We confirm this group x 10 pax, stayed at our resort. But it is quite unfortunate to see certain comments from one group member regarding the food we served.
