Friendly staff and food was very nice. We stayed two days and don't experience any issues. From the staff at reception to the staff at kitchen all are very helping and supportive in nature..,.... Location of the hotel is also appropriate, if you are traveling from delhi you need not to enter in the city. Hotel is also very near tp Aatri boarder.

This hotel was very well positioned, we took a taxi from the airport, took about 20 minutes and cost £15. For visits to The Golden Temple ….5 minute walk, we also visited the gates at the Pakistan - Indian boarder, 25 minutes in taxi again costing £15, both ways.
The hotel was well appointed with air conditioning and fan, clean and of good size, waterfall shower, supplied with shampoo and shower gel, WiFi was good in the room.
Comfortable bed, with good pillows, our room was a the front of the hotel on the fifth floor, lovely views of local markets and restaurants, as well as a McDonalds for those less adventurous.
Staff were extremely helpful, in arranging taxi’s for trips, it is a pedestrian area, but staff accompanied us to taxi, which is a walk of about 60 yards, not a problem for us.
Breakfast was an typical Indian, with chick pea curry and local bread, butter toast and white coffee.
I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff are fantastic, they really go the extra mile to help you find places to eat or call you a taxi etc. The location is obviously perfect. Rooms are clean, aircon is good. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5/5 is that the higher floors you go up the wifi is shocking. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I reached early morning and asked for early check-in. They charged me 800 rupees and my friend who reached a day earlier didnt pay a dime for early check-in. The hotel is noisy with music playing in the halls every morning which can be heard easily inside the room. My room had no window and its chiller didnt work and my room was highly damp/humid to an extend that my suitcase and shoe had mold on them after 5 days. Also the best felt extremely damp. Eventually I was asked to pay at check out although i had paid online before hand but they said they have not received any payment (i contacted my travel agent and they reimbursed me). Other 5 friends who stayed there also had their own problems with the rooms/services. All in all an awful experience. Do not recommend.

Dear Mr. Vahid, We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Retention was charged to the person who checked in a day earlier. your booking was for base category of room which was Superior room & was assigned to you upon check in . As to put on Air Conditioning unit it takes 24 hours for plant to get into that mode & it was mid February, other guests did want to have AC. That is why we were in a state of dichotomy . Instrumental music which is being played in every hotel was on low pitch in lobby & Corridors . 3 days prior to our booking, I had called the hotel requesting them to book a cab for us. The manager (Mr. Sanjay) asked me to remind him about this request in 2 days. As hard as it is to get in touch with him, when I finally got through he had 0 recollection of our conversation and again told me that the booking can be done only when I'm in the hotel. I ended up wasting 3 hours of my day just for this response. This could have been communicated to me on the first day itself.
However we couldn't make it to Amritsar as our train was cancelled and now came the hard part of cancelling our booking and getting our refund. We spoke to MMT executives (we had booked through MMT), they were very courteous and understanding. The entire process took 5 minutes from their side however the manager (Mr. Sanjay) refused to give us a refund. He didn't respond to mails and was very rude when we tried contacting him. Even told me that he will stop answering my calls and will not respond to the mail. This was when I called him twice over 6 hours.
As a first time customer of SureStay I will definitely NEVER recommend anyone to book a stay here only because of the manager's behavior. Absolutely not acceptable for someone to scream at the other person because you are a very "busy" person. The other person's time is as valuable as yours

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights on our recent trip to Amritsar. There are 3 hotels by the same name and make sure when you book you read the correct reviews for the hotel you are booking. The place is quite dated . We had booked two rooms and both the rooms didn’t have any windows. Also Wi-Fi was advertised on the site as being available throughout the hotel but this was not the case . For a whole day there was no Wi-Fi in my room . This was brought to the attention of the reception staff on a number of occasions by me and was told they will get it fixed . On day 2 of our stay I complained again and then I was moved to another room with a window and also Wi-Fi . Staff didn’t seem to take customer service seriously at this hotel . However on a positive note we ordered in room service. The food was absolutely delicious and credit goes to Manav and Ajay the chefs .

Very bad experience. The staff make no effort to ensure the comfort of the guest, the FOM stated that the owners do not care about the guests and so they cannot improve on the services. The breakfast spread is very limited and poor quality.

The Service to Guest is at best. The front Desk Team Specially Mentioning "Mehak" puts her best efforts to feel me comfortable. Whole Hotel staff is humble. Breakfast is at best as per Hotel Class. Adding food of your choice during buffet is the best part. Location for the hotel suites me best.

During my recent stay here 13 th may to 15th May I had a horrible experience here with extremely unfriendly service and disrespectful behaviour of the front office staff. My kid had a emergency and we requested a bottle of water which they refused and asked us to fetch it on our own from our room on 3rd floor. Cannot even imagine what horrible training they have received for hospitality services even a stranger would do better in such a situation.. after raising a complain the front office staff Deepak had shown attitude and no remorse. In fact he refused to help escalate the matter and mentioned I am free to take any action and post online . What a shame. No one from the hotel even reached out or apologized.

Don't consider staying at this hotel. Looks nice from pictures cause it's new, however it's customer service is bad. Stayed with family and half way during the stay, hot water ran out and none was provided (it was during winter). General Manager promised to set things right but never did anything. Breakfast was on average, with option to order most food.
