Spent around five days here in April 2014. Absolutely lovely location, right on the beach and situated in prime location for restaurants and small convenience shops. Our room was a little too basic, however, with a double bed, a camp bed, a mini fridge and no TV or knives and forks etc. Small but perfectly good bathroom - shower, toilet...

Thank you for your kind words and I am glad you enjoyed your stay here. The Fan rooms are quite basic but an amazing value for money as normally for this price you would get a bamboo hut where the animals can easily come in and a Thai style toilet which is almost a hole in the floor. Sorry for...

Ko Lanta in low season is a very unique experience. If you're looking for an island where the locals still outnumber the tourists, this is it. If you're looking to slow down and a sense of tranquility, this is it. And I'm glad I've chosen Lanta Pavilion for my stay! The bungalows have are new and clean, with everything you...

Thanks so much. It was a real pleasure to meet you. I know with your positive easy going attitude you will enjoy wherever you go around South East Asia, It feels like there is something missing in the evenings now you are not around. You have exactly the attitude you need to enjoy things the most and have the best...

Lanta Pavilion was definitely the most "home-y" and laid back place I have stayed in all of Thailand. Rob was there upon our arrival and even transported us via scooter to our doorstep from the road where our van (from Krabi) dropped us off. He was super helpful with directions, things to do, and how to get to different places...

Great place in low season. Highly recommended. We were stuck for accommodation and stumbled on this place. There was an English owner so this helped us greatly. He was such a help even agreed to help us out with a problem we had with another hotel once we left the island. Rooms were nice/clean. Pool was nice and always clean....

After Phi Phi and Krabi I was hoping for a nice quiet getaway but there is thumping base coming from the beach bar next door all evening and lots of children in the pool all day. The beach bar and restaurant are also shut. Luckily Sonia ' s guesthouse next door provides excellent food. I think I'm going to move...

Hello Celia, I am sorry you do not like children around the pool area. Unfortunately the children love the water and the parents are really happy that they are able to have fun in the pool. Normally everybody tells us that it is relaxing here and peaceful here and they really enjoy here after Phi Phi. I also live on...

Me and my friends went here for 4 days after being in Phuket and Phi Phi. After all the crazy party style we loved our relaxing and peaceful break. We were very lazy and spent most of the time lazing around the pool. The pool was very clean and we noticed they had guys come 6am everyday to clean the...

Went in low season so Koh Lanta was dead, the resort was good and the reception has wifi, pools nice, beach was okay (water wasn't so nice but apparently that's normal for June). They offer bike hire for 150 baht for 24 hours (£2.71 ish) I'd go back but only in high season. Nice cheap restaurant opposite the resort!

Resort fronts Klong Khong Beach and has a pool. We stayed in bungalows A1 and A2 which had a connecting door. Perfect for my friends and I. Rooms are spacious and clean, air conditioned with hot water showers. Staff friendly but sometimes they seem pretty uncertain of stuff. Manager, Rob, is helpful and accommodating. There are a few restaurants and...
