Just stayed 4 nights at this resort, which is located in the little village Mae Haad. All rooms are build around the pool, where other resorts here are build out to the beach. The check-in was slow, for some reason we just sat waiting for almost 20 minuts, without anybody telling us why. The room was big and nice, but...

We unexpectedly stayed in this hotel for the last minuet but this is best of the best tho. Hotel is beautiful with big room and big pool and also there is a beach in front of the hotel. Staffs are very nice and service minded. Breakfast is ok , if you want the quiet place to stat this is the...

The facilities the resort offers is great. Rooms are spacious, bathroom as spacious as the whole room. No problems about the cleaning. Cheap laundry service. Breakfast just average. Frontdesk staff make an effort to be helpful, but English speaking could be a problem. The hotel offers higher prices services (as all hotels usually do). The breakfast ladies roughly say "good...

The rooms here were really nice and the pool large and clean. The staff weren't very helpful or friendly though. The breakfast buffet was good but our the food at dinners was average. The best option seemed to be the fresh bbqed fish. It was hard to get service out of the staff. If you ask for water they just...

The staff at this hotel are not helpful at all, when we were checking in the customer service was not only bad but it was verging on dam right rude! They organised taxis for us which was around 100 baht each more expensive then a normal taxi (which weren't the cheapest either) they provided us with t shirts for the...

Decent hotel facilities - pretty average. The stay here was ok until they charged me 400 Baht for a "stain" on a pillow case. I told them they were being silly and that it would come out in the wash, however I was aggressively informed that I had to pay. When I continued to challenge them, I was escorted to...

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in November. The room was spacious, and the bathroom with large oval bath was great choice. The location is great for scenery, with beautiful sunset views along sunset beach, just a short walk away. Snorkelling along the bay is worth while, with a lot of curious fish swimming about. The hotel offers...

The island koh ma is amazing, nice breakfast, the hotel's restaurant served great food in reasonable price, and there's cheap restaurant right next to it. The room is big and comfortable (we took the one with the jakuzi). The pool is amazing!! There's really nice and good massage in front of the hotel- loma and lina are very nice and...

In general we were very happy here. The room was big and decorated nicely upon arrival. The bathroom is very big too and clean. The only thing that we didn't enjoy that much is the breakfast. The employees hardly speak English. You choose from American, continental or Asian breakfast. The continental breakfast included cereal, yoghurt (which was sweetened), juice (also...
