The hotel is right in the centre of the island and is close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The room was ohk. For some reason the bed was super firm. I liked it but my partner didn't. There was easy access to the pool from where we stayed.
The hotel staff were very accommodating to us as our ferry was the last one off the island and they allowed us to leave our bags with them and use the pool while we waited for the 3pm departure.

I booked 2 rooms on Saturday night 3 days before we left on the slower ferry from Phuket Rassada pier £10 each return. The rooms were nearly £70 each but there is a distinct difference in 4/5 star and 3 star on this island price wise. I opted for this 3 star as the higher ratings were too expensive or in the North of the Island. This hotel is slap bang in the middle and it’s perfect for going straight out into the narrow streets to mooch around. It’s was quiet in the evening , you get a free welcome drink and our room had air con and yes the beds are hard but I like it with a bad back. I fixed a light that was hanging down from the ceiling as I am a sparky , the water in the sink takes it time to drain but is fine. Rooms were clean , Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast buffet was lovely with no complaints about the food. The 2nd room the air con wasn’t working but they fixed it whilst we were out. The next morning we went on a boat trip to Maya beach 2000 baht booked and paid at hotel , guy came and picked us up to escort us to his long tail boat. Overall considering I booked it very late for £67 a room it was good. If you book further in advance it’s cheaper. The pool isn’t that big but it’s fine , use the beaches instead. Only 6 sun loungers but use the beaches that is the whole point in going to Phi Phi. They looked after our bags after we checked out to go on the trip , the lady behind the desk was so friendly. My tip if you have a problem is not to overreact , I was travelling with 2 Thais and they showed me this , be nice ti the Thai staff as they will be nice back to you. I would recommend staying at this hotel for 1/2/3 nights as the location is so perfect in the middle of the island. 5 minutes from pier. Beaches are just as close to walk to. Restaurants and bars are right outside the hotel 1 minute away. We had a really good time and were treated well , they send a person to greet you at the pier and to walk you to the hotel. Just look for the sign with the hotel name on it and a person holding it. Thanks PP Palmtree it was a pleasant stay.

Location is nice if you want to be near the action and restaurants. There is a pool which is nice but there are only 8 sunbeds and not that many sunny hours. Rooms are in three levels and no elevator.
Rooms were dated but fairly clean.

We staid for two nights and happily not more sense the beds and pillows were hard as rocks. The other thing that i was disappointed in was the breakfast... some selection but for example the omelet station had no covers to the food and flies were flying in them, the service was bad at breakfast too. So if you want a cheap stay in the center its ok but take without breakfast and enjoy it in some nearby cafes!

This was the worst hotel we have been in our trip. The security guards and the receptionists were extremely rude to us. A friend went with us to our room only to pick up his glasses and was yelled at and mistreated. They are very extreme with their guest-only rule, and should try to treat customers a little bit better.

We have been touring round the islands we stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights.
The hotel itself was ok for a couple of days , but no longer.
The pool was very nice , but the rooms are quite outdated, and the shower especially.
We had a room that you just walked into the pool from your balcony.
The breakfast was average, but what put us off staying again was how unfriendly and abrupt the staff were.
The only mbers of staff we found friendly were the porters come security guards.

Centrally located in PhiPhi Town. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly (but that's probably due to the guest structure on Koh PhiPhi). Restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. For us, everything was mostly fine.

The location is GREAT: Right in the middle of PhiPhi Town. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars right outside the door. We walked directly to the hotel from the pier (about 5 minutes). You can also reach "Loh Dalum Beach" in just a few minutes, as well as the entrance (stairs) to the PhiPhi Viewpoint.

The rooms are a bit old but decorated in the old Thai style. Everything was very clean and spacious. We had a room with pool access, which was quite pleasant, but since the pool is quite small for the entire hotel, there was always a lot going on in front of our room. Also because the pool bar was right near our room. In addition to a comfortable double bed and air conditioning, the room also had a spacious bathroom, refrigerator, TV and various storage areas and cupboards. A problem with the toilet flush was fixed pretty quickly. We also found the hotel and the rooms to be very quiet, considering that you are staying right in the center of PhiPhi Town with numerous bars.

Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel.

The hotel offers breakfast, a mix of Thai specialties and continental breakfast. Absolutely fine for us. There was coffee, toast, egg dishes, fruit, yogurt, everything a European guest needs for a good start to the day. There is also a pool bar in the hotel.

There is a nice (small) pool area in the hotel and by the rooms on the ground floor. At the time we were there, the hotel was apparently (almost) fully booked, which meant that the pool was quite busy (including the few loungers). Unfortunately, you are not allowed in the pool after 7 p.m., which is a shame if you come back later after an excursion. You can also get access to a gym in a neighboring hotel via reception.

We found the check-out time (10:00 a.m.!!!) a shame. When we asked if we could stay in the room until 12/1 p.m. for an additional charge, we were told no in a rather rude manner. Interesting: After we left the hotel at around 2 p.m., our room was still not cleaned for the next guest. A shame :-(

The hotel is small and old and it shows. The rooms are very very small and do not smell good, but they are clean.
The bed is hard and uncomfortable. Smoking is not allowed throughout the hotel, which made the stay difficult.
We took a room with access to the pool, it was also very small, which was cute and comfortable but not mandatory, because the hotel is small.
The breakfast is cute, but the breakfast area had a strong sewage smell.
The location is excellent, close to everything.
When you get off the boat, someone from the hotel is waiting to help you take your luggage with a trolley, and even when you check out, he helps take your luggage to the pier.
The staff, a kind and very nice part (the bartender and the one who helped take the luggage) all the rest were very unfriendly.
All in all a cute hotel but we won't go back.

The hotel is lovely, very pretty with a nice swimming pool and the bar.
The room was very clean and we had a balcony facing to the swimming pool and the beach. Breakfast was really good, with lot of options.
The staff has been welcoming and very nice.
Even if the island is not too big, the hotel location was perfect and it was easy to go around just walking.
Thank you for the amazing stay!

This hotel is in the centre of the lanes in Phi Phi. It’s got a great location however that’s about all. You can’t hear the noise from the many bars around which was good but the pool area did tend to feel like you were in Ibiza with lots of teenagers/back packers.

The room was nice enough size however it is very old and tired. There was some electric main switch board situated next to the bed that kept switching all the lights on every half hour even when everything was off. This meant we had no sleep due to every light in the room turning on. Reported to management but nothing resolved so two nights of broken sleep not the greatest.

We were given one half used roll of toilet paper so consequently run out. None was replaced when room was cleaned.

The pool access room is just that. Some have swim up access but most are just steps across stones before getting to steps to get into the pool so please don’t expect to be able to swim up to your room.

The towels they loan you for the pool have to be signed out at reception and are of very poor thread bare quality but it’s still helpful not to have to bring a towel.

Breakfast was ok although only one person cooking eggs makes things very slow. That and not having glasses for the cold drinks.

All in all the hotel is ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Terrible for the price. On first glance the hotel is ok. However once inside you can appreciate that the place is very tired. The air conditioning was barely working and struggled to reduce the room temperature so took 6 showers in 24 hours just to remain cool. Complained and staff on reception said we can move you to another room but will be the same! They went on to say the system was very old and was maintained as the owners were not interested.
If I were you I would rather stay on the beach than pay money for this place.

I don't know about the gym. You may want to rethink staying here. I woke up at 3am yesterday with bedbug bites on my arms, legs and back. I posted a picture. I have a long history here on TripAdvisor and it's primarily positive. Thank goodness I was only there one night. I can't go to the beach for a few days bc I can't put sunblock on these blistering bites. Avoid this place!!!

Hi when a group of us went to stay at this hotel in 2014 there was not an option for a third bed or triple. They have a sister hotel called Phi Phi Banyan Villa, not that far away that do offer a third bed. Having stayed at the P P palm tree resort in 2015 and their sister hotel in 2014, I much preferred the Phi Phi Banyan Villa. Hope that helps. Tony :-)

I stayed there last night and I have many bedbug bites on my arm back and legs (after one night). I had to go to the pharmacy to get antihistamine and calamine. It's horrible! I've probably lost 3 days Beach time to nurse these stupid bug bites now. Seriously avoid this place. I've lived in the Philippines for over six years and traveled all over Asia. Check my profile if you'd like. I don't give reviews like this often and I don't feel I'm overreacting. I'm pissed I have to deal with this after staying there. Go somewhere else.
