We got off the ferry and were greeted by a staff member who took our bags and walked us to hotel. Staff seemed friendly. We only booked 2 nights here at first to see how it would be. Great location and in the middle of the island, everything is close by. Including all the scuba shops. The loud bars are...

After reading all the good reviews on trio advisor decided this was the best bet while in Ko phi phi- very wrong! We paid close to 150$ USD for an average room that was right above the kitchen. As soon as you enter the hotel there are signs at the front desk with all the "donts" clearly highlighted. Once you...

Stayed for three nights & found that choice is surprisingly limited for true quality accomodation on the island. Rooms were of a good quality & the pool area is a lovely oasis in such a busy area. The internet cafe & our booking just outside the hotel was superb as we needed to get off the island fast due to...

We only stayed there for one night. The room was spacious and clean with nice little balcony. The breakfast was nice. There is a lovely pool and the location is central. We took a room on a third floor, meaning no pool access, and felt that was too expensive (especially for low season). Overall, the hotel was good and we...

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel during our honeymoon in Thailand. in overall, we were very happy with the hotel. We booked a deluxe double room, that was very pleasant (though you could tell that the walls needed some fresh paint). Since we were on our honeymoon, we received a fruit basket and some decorations in the room. the...

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights - and the main thing it's nice - but you sure can pay less and get the same - it's over priced ... The service and breakfast is good- and the hotel is clean ... I would recommend to look some more and find same level hotel for less money

I had booked a pool access room for 2 nights. This was advertised and pictured to be a room where you could step off your balcony into the pool. However when I arrived I was shown to a ground floor room which did not have direct access to the pool, when it seemed like every other ground floor room did....

There is no good way to describe how horrendous of an experience the five friends and I experienced. In summary, this hotel has the worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life. I travel 6 months out of the year and have never experienced anything like it. Our trip started in phi phi at one of their sister...

We loved the rooms and the pool of this hotel and while it is a bit over priced we would probably go back. There was a fairly good selection of food for breakfast and the omlettes were our faviourite. The receptionists weren't particularly friendly but they weren't rude either. There weren't always enough sunbeds by the pool and the pool...
