I stayed here for two nights and very much enjoyed the long tail boat trip from the harbour to the chalet. The tide was out, so the lovely gentlemen carried our bags and we walked through the water...which was a great part of the experience and we really enjoyed it. It felt like you had discovered a secret hideaway. The welcome was friendly and efficient. The manager takes her time to give you all the information you need. I think when others have criticized her it is because they haven't paid attention or read the guest folder in their chalets. So please be respectful and do this. We wanted to just relax by the pool and go on to the beach. A little road will take you along to more bars and restaurants. I have to say, the food was not up to scratch for us and some things were greasy and bland. I would advise you take the 5/10minute walk and visit a nearby restaurant. The bar has a happy hour and the people who work here are just lovely and happy. The room was spacious and included complimentary soft drinks and water. The beer in the fridge is actually very reasonably priced. The chalets have good air conditioning too. It is a place in need of a little TLC in places. But the pool area is lovely and we'll maintained. Be aware that the beach is dependent on the tide. Time it wrong and there is either no beach or it is very shallow for quite a distance. Other than that, a great escape from the crowds.

The chalets in this resort are absolutely beautiful. If you get the one with the seaside view, it's amazing. You could literally just go out to the balcony and watch the sunrise. The food and drinks on the menu at the restaurant/bar were so extensive, of good quality, and surprisingly cheap. The servings are a little bit on the smaller side though. You can smoke anywhere (marijuana, cigarettes) around the pool and the bar, which was a big positive for me and my brothers, but could be a con for some too, so keep that in mind when coming here with children. They sell joints at the bar!

The pool was really nice. Not the biggest, but there aren't many guests in the hotel so you don't have to worry about it being full. It has some jets in it that serve as little jaccuzzis. The water is always perfectly warm and the pool has a great view of the sea.

The staff are all very nice and friendly and speak decent to good English. The receptionist was very accommodating to our requests and even helped us with booking boat rides and tours. The only slight negative is the location, since it's so secluded it was a little bit dead. Although, some might be looking for that kind of privacy and serenity. 10 minute walk to a nearby town with restaurants, shops, a weed dispensary, and massage places. A 30 minute walk to the long white sand beach on the other side. Really great stay here, would recommend. Although there's a lot of boat riding involved, so you'll either love or hate that! I did!

We stayed here as a family of four in the family two bedroom bungalow overlooking the sea. Our children are age 12 and 9 and this was perfect! It’s off the main area which we loved, as we could walk to the local village for restaurants and shops and this was just simply amazing. Th village was lovely and felt like we were in a authentic Thai village which was great. The food was amazing, and so were the people.
Back to the resort, the chalet bungalow was gorgeous and probably our favourite hotel in Thailand for its views and picturesque views. It’s just felt so calm waking up to the sunrise and looking out of the balcony straight out to sea. The two bedroom was massive and great for our needs, good air conditioning in the rooms and good space inside and outside. The main pool area is also lovely with again great views. A good service of drinks and food was provided. We had breakfast included and again lovely. The pancakes were so fluffy and everything was cooked to order.
We used the narrow bot taxi a few times whilst there and the staff were great.
We booked a 8 hour private island tour whilst we were there, so we could stop where we wanted with the children and this was great. We got picked up and dropped off at the hotel which was fab. It’s expensive to get a boat taxi to the main pier , but we wanted to explore so just went with it.
Overall a great location for a quieter area of Phi Phi with great service and great facilities. Definitely recommend staying here, as a couple or a family. We would come back without question.

An absolute gem on Koh Phi Phi. For a 3 star hotel it had all the amenities we wanted as a couple (and what looked like several other happy couples) more with some of the most attentive staff who made our stay a joy. While undergoing some small renovations during our stay we barely noticed thanks to the staff's efforts to keep everything out of our way and pleasant. We never left for food as lunch and dinner were always excellent and quick.

We were staying in Pukhet - two adults and two children - but decided to take two days out in PhiPhi.

We chose this hotel because of the sea views and look of the chalets and we were not disappointed.

We booked a two bedroom chalet which was absolutely stunning. Fantastic views and great pool area. Staff were amazing and could not do enough.

We used the hotels free Kayak’s and snorkels, which they allowed us to use as long as we wanted to (usually they allow residents out on the Kayaks for an hour free of charge) as it was quiet in the hotel due to the time of the year, and had the most wonderful day exploring the area.

Just a short walk to the lovely local bars and restaurants (which are a very different and welcome feel) this really was a special two days.

Would also add that the food cooked in the hotel was some of the best we had during our two week stay in Thailand.

Such a wonderful place and we will remember it forever.

We’ve enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, away from the beaten path and ideal for what we wanted. It’s on the shore with a relatively small pebbly beach although some sand at low tide. Perhaps not the best place to sunbathe but they have a very nice pool for that. it’s a fine beach from which to snorkel in relatively shallow water, the water very clear with an abundance of sea life to appreciate. We snorkeled and kayaked from our hotel (free equipment). The food here is good, the menu offers Thai and Western food. We mainly ate the Thai dishes and enjoyed them. The staff is very accommodating. Kudos especially to the manger Khun Suchada who is friendly , professional and very helpful.

We had a spectacular view of the ocean from our cabana.

We are so pleased we booked here.
The location is perfect - very tranquil, with our room hidden in the trees. We woke up to the most amazing view of the sea from our bed.

The staff are exceptional, kind and so helpful.

The food is the best on the island, we tried some local restaurants but this place was outstanding, so we made sure we ate here for dinner and lunch many times.

There is a coral reef outside the hotel and you can borrow life jackets and snorkels.

We are so glad to have picked this and would highly recommend.

Thank you so much to all the staff for making a very special trip.

What a bless to have been able to spend a few days with my family in the peaceful, quiet retreat, thoughtfully and tastefully integrated into the wild, facing the blue and green sea . Kudos to all the management and staff that are genuinely and discretely here to ensure you will have a restful time. Amazing place and people! I hope to be able to come back. Thank you so much!

We had a disappointing experience at the hotel because on the first night we had a lot of termites in our room which made us sleepless for a whole night! In the morning I tried to ask the hotel for help, but they said that they didn't have much to do since we are in nature.
The view from the room and the pool is very beautiful.

I stayed there for only 2 and I regret I didn't have more. Very nice hotel, clean rooms with amazing view and very friendly personnel. Simple breakfast but good enough and great dinner with very reasonable prices. I would suggest this hotel to everyone who wish to have a peaceful stay.

Tip Book the tour from the hotel, you will love it

If you’re booked there, they will pick you up by boat at the Ton Sai pier. Note that you will wade onto the small beach in front of the chalet but porters will unload your bags and carry them to the check in desk and keep them dry through the process.

Das liegt direkt an besagtem Strand.
