This is a quality luxury setting as good as it gets considering its jungle location: wild large butterflies , birds, monkeys, palms surrounding the villas, panoramic views over the lush green hills and turquoise sea. The tidy comes in twice a day, when the tide is out the whole bay is walkable. This location is fantastic for those looking to relax and unwind. This is a very quiet and laid back place. Hotel restaurant serves great local food, breakfast buffet is limited but enough choices, the staff prepare fresh egg omelettes, scrambled, whichever way one likes with all the trimmings ham, cheese, tomato, onions, mushrooms etc. We had dinner and lunch here too: amazing satay chicken, green thai curry, fresh calamari, chilli beef salad, all freshly prepared and tasting great , fragrant and authentic. The villas as very luxurious considering this is a place in a hillside jungle location. We had our room made every day, toiletries and bottled water supplied. We had villa no 307, which has amazing views across the bay and sea and lush jungle forests. There are a number of stairs that one needs to claim around the resort but nothing too onerous for a fit/unfit person. The higher the villa location the better the view. The villas location and surroundings offer a lot of privacy. The gym is a bonus, has all sufficient equipment to keep one entertained. Local village is a short walk away, with a choice of hut style restaurants and souvenir shops, again quite small and tranquil. A short walk away there are three amazing beaches: Nui, LolaNa and closest Laem Tong. This place is a fantastic hide away to relax and unwind by the pool.

We chose to stay here at the end of our 2 week travels around Thailand and we were not disappointed. The bungalows are private and luxurious with comfy beds and pillows, private balconies with amazing views and tonnes of space in each bungalow. 2 basins in the massive bathrooms along with a large bathtub and shower make it all feel really quite luxurious and the secluded location means you do really feel like it’s a relaxing retreat away from the busy centre. The hotel is quite obviously only getting back on it’s feet after covid so it was really quiet when we were there, (only 4 couples staying at the hotel at the time) but plenty of staff around to help you and the daily shuttle boats to Ton Sai pier were a blessing… (it’s worth noting, they used speedboats for our stay, not longboats as per other reviews so they were even quicker than expected). The hotel breakfast was actually very good, toast, mini croissant, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, yoghurt etc and fresh juice and coffee were our main choices but the food takes a while to come. This being said, I’d likely avoid lunch and dinner there in future as the options weren’t overly impressive on arrival and took almost an hour to come (also a bit pricy). When the tide is out, the water around the hotel is super shallow so boats will struggle to drop you off etc but this does mean you can clamber over the beach to the local village next door which has a couple of shops and restaurants, although again, this has been noticeably hit by covid and was still quiet when we visited in mid July 2022. When we returned back from the local village the one evening, the hotel driver was waiting for us with the little buggy they have and dropped us to our rooms free of charge… another amazing little perk of this place. We ended up extending our stay another night because we loved the service and the relaxing feel of the place but this isn’t a hive of activity or a local and well positioned hotel for access to phi phi centre etc.

All in all, a very nice experience - the hotel has the most beautiful view from the room, which corresponds to the photos they have on their booking page.
It goes up and down a lot, so it's relatively hard to walk around, but the staff are really nice to pick you up from the room and bring you to the other places in the hotel.
The hotel itself needs some maintenance, but is otherwise fine. The breakfast was also quite outstanding.

Would not recommened this hotel at all, it is not what it looks like online anymore. We have just left after the worst two days expierence iv ever had at a hotel, we found MICE in our room and when we asked the hotel to move us and showed a video they laughed at us. It is very dated, the rooms are dirty and the whole place needs alot of work doing to it, the food is also awful when we went down for breakfast in the morning there was not a soul in site or any food even put out it is like the hotel is closed but open. You have to get a 30 minute boat to get anywere, some staff members was helpful however some was very rude. Do not stay here! We had no apology and was not offered a refund either. We felt very intimidated by how we was treated like it was normal to have mice in your room, it is disgusting as we had a 1 year old baby with us and even when we moved rooms there was more mouse droppings on the floor. I cant believe this is still open, everything about it is old, rusted & dirty. We will be taking it further to get a refund as we paid over £400 to stay for 2 nights in a ghost town.

Firstly I got there to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was agreed via message that they would have arranged decorations to the room. But nothing was done as promised!😡 The hotel is literally falling apart a real pity it was certainly once a gorgeous hotel but now is in desperate need of full renovation and repairs. Both my husband and I felt sick about the hygiene and general cconditions of this place no wonder why it was empty. The swimming was smelling sowers and mould and broken materials everywhere. We were taken to the beach and has to go through a passage full of rubbish and with a disgusting smell. The everything was disgusting!!! Not to mentionentioned helth and safety measures😡😡😡really😡😡😡 we tryed to keep positive just because the staff is amazing, lovely people so keen to help. the dinnerser was nicece but the bqlcony in disgubreakfast disgusting i was feeling sickck the bread was so old and tasted disgusting notvto mention the coffeee horrible😡😡I couldn’t be more disappointed😡😡this hotel shold be closeded and re opened once has beeneen properly refugurbished. We paid upwards of $200 a night to stay here and it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in Thailand.
Positives: the room is nice and the staff are friendly.
Negatives: the pool had three loungers that were rotting. The breakfast was as basic and boring as it gets. You had to walk through waves to get to the beach and the rest of the bay. There is no beach at the hotel to lounge on. There isn’t anywhere to get drinks in the day time. They didn’t clean our room or even make the bed in three days. We got attacked by monkeys outside our room.
Never again.

Staying there right now and NOTHING REALLY WORKS! Staff is polite but speaks zero English, room is clean but curtains are thorn, water taxi moves whenever they want not as advertised so we lost 15000 bhat diving and night shift simply hangs on you - imagine a state of emergency.
I will request refund for the remaining nights tomorrow, hopefully this catches management attention.

Such a perfect place. Clean, awesome view. Room is better than on photos. Shuttle to the room and back (there is too strong incline). The best beach I’ve ever been. Staff do all they can to make your holiday better. Restaurant was not good🥲 and some dishes was not tasty. But we ate at the beach and everything was ok)

Tuk tuks take your between the villas and the main building only. The Villa 360 can become completely cut off during high tide from the villages around. You can only get out and back during low tide. It is actually very pleasant to wander in warm water going out to dinner :-)
The boats take you in and out of the Villa 360 and during low tide you are also met by a tractor which picks you up from a boat and gets you to dry land.
Dear Uniqueavi,
